Just checked .. so BT Pension Fund went from 2% up to 7.78% .. now we know who was buying the big chunks for the last week or so.

Shouldn't they have released an RNS when they passed 3% ?

So Hermes has gone from 5m to 8m and what did BT hold before this ? They were the ones buying in the big chunks for a while ?

my gut feel is there could be news in the morning

for no other reason than the two releases last night and the heavy buys that were going in from last thing thurs and all day fri

Perhaps at the AGM end of June, not to sure on that, but I think there must be some sort of news release due from the company again very shortly. The amount of buys that had gone through in the last few days of last week has to be accounted to something. Maybe the factoring businness offload will come out this week?

I can only see it as good news, plus Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund which BT pension fund are trustees now up to 5.812%??
