01/11/2005 12:30 | Did anyone notice that Advfn monitor showed this stock at £1.15 at 07.54 this morning? Possible bid maybe......... | ackland

03/10/2005 23:26 | looks like a false bottom, I expect more falls | ![]() grlz
03/10/2005 16:14 | have bought 20k today .. Investors intelligence posted them as a P&F break out about 3 weeks ago and they went backwards on very little volume .. now some momentum seems to be building for some reason. But chart doesn't look to bad although fundamentals might be a little weak. | gryphon2
03/10/2005 15:51 | Has LSB been tipped somewhere? Loads of £3k-£4k going through. I jumped in a bit early at 108p but looking better now having trebled up at 79p. B. | bolter
03/10/2005 08:57 | well hope I am not speaking too soon but it does seem to have bottomed. I learnt a long time ago never to expect to be able to buy at the bottom or sell at the top. But if I was only 2/5p wrong I would be delighted. | ![]() hybrasil
28/9/2005 22:15 | hybrasil well thats two of us that can buy a few of these and move the share price down. John Lee must be due an update in the FT some time soon regards his porfolio. It will be interesting to see if he still holds, he normally sells if he thinks management has totally lost the plot. Divi reduction is now in the price but to what level I guess we wait and see. regards John | ![]() drectly
28/9/2005 14:12 | i averaged down today and they fell again. | ![]() hybrasil

Anyone any thoughts on where they see the share price going over the next few weeks ? regards John | ![]() drectly
25/8/2005 00:31 | I have applied the logic twice recently that they are probably at a low, only to see them fall further after a purchase. Until there is some real information issued indicating the level of medium term divi payment and earnings, it is only a guess where the floor is. If not holding I think I would continue to wait and see. Hopefully I am wrong again on this one. Cheers John | ![]() drectly
24/8/2005 16:06 | when are these attractive? urely they do not have much further to fall | ![]() hybrasil
01/8/2005 21:07 | I've been alerted to this stock as a possible value/takeover target when it appeared in `New Lows' recently. Analysing bank stocks seems to be a bit specialised, but from my calcs ROE looks to be around 5.4% based on the last accounts. Free cash flow would appear to be £5.87m and price/sales: 1.26 with P/book: 1.6. None of the above results seem to indicate a good value reason to invest in it right now. Even the bad debt provision of £30 million looks to be a bit light! The earnings multiple of 8.8 looks attractive though. Perhaps a series of `averaging down' purchases might be a realistic approach, given the possibility of a (Kensington) takeover in the not too distant future. Cheers Bod | bird of dawning
25/7/2005 09:59 | My thoughts exactly - sadly I hesitated and took a bigger hit at 89p. | ![]() bobdouthwaite
22/7/2005 13:03 | I have got this wrong the last few weeks, although will continue to hold. As the bad news is their judgement rather than actual sales or costs it is difficult to guess if they have got rid of all bad news or as I guess as much as they think they can get away with. If looking to buy I think I would wait a bit. | ![]() drectly
22/7/2005 12:37 | Its dropped to less than 90. Is it a good buying opportunity or shall we wait till it reaches 80? Any ideas? | ![]() chrissingh
21/7/2005 12:22 | support 80 P ? or 90 P ? 8 years lower is 40P | ang5
21/7/2005 11:47 | The Trading Statement today was pretty gloomy.Looks like the drop in share price was appropriate. Does anyone agree that it will probably go lower and If I want to buy perhaps I should wait for the interims? regards Linhur | ![]() linhur
