08/1/2012 17:44 | Several years too late, but today's news that Prime Minister David Cameron is set to clean up the self awarded executive pay rises and bonuses for failures such as Andrew Green and his Logica cronies. Green should never have landed the job so let us hope he is soon sacked and made to repay the millions he has robbed shareholders of. In the link below is a picture of the hapless Andrew Green chief conman and total failure at Logica. Who knew that there was a second MR BEAN in existence. | robwt
08/1/2012 13:19 | Lets have a party , stuff the shareholders. CITY MANTRA these days. | hvs
08/1/2012 12:51 | Panmure Gordon think Logica is to 'pointy headed' and there isn't even hope of a bid at the lowly price levels Andrew Green has taken share price down to. | robwt
05/1/2012 10:54 | More like 55p! | a0502162
04/1/2012 13:38 | Wow. Very nice bounce. Was regretting not setting a stop loss after the slump. This dog is hitting 75p very soon. | kayfash
23/12/2011 12:24 | Happy Xmas to all the suckers who have money in this pile of dung called Logica. To Andrew 'Mr Bean' Green numero uno Logica fat cat dunce... and all his useless overpaid board of buffoons. Please, please all choke on the turkey and Xmas pudding you will be having courtesy of the Logica shareholders you have so brazenly shafted. Spend Xmas reflecting on the amount of shareholders who are hoping and praying you all get your P45s in 2012. | robwt
22/12/2011 13:12 | sub 50p in the new year. CLUELEESS mismanagers in charge. Maybe B.T will bid. | hvs
22/12/2011 12:30 | Well according to some on here the directors know diddly squat..........so you can't use their actions as a guide............... | a0502162
21/12/2011 20:19 | And do I see another Director selling shares at lows....what does that Director know?... | diku
21/12/2011 18:15 | The company is performing at an extraordinary level of competence and the share price shooting skywards, Therefore it is most pleasing to view today's RNS where our Director Jaoa Baptista receiving options on 664,451 shares. M | milacs
21/12/2011 15:49 | exlogica...We have heard all this before, who would take it on after Green has literally shagged it to death. If a major company wanted Logica there would be some action in the shares, they would build a stake before any approaches were mooted. It is wishful thinking, it aint going to happen even though I would love to see it. Old rubber lips down the road with his P45 never to be seen in a responsible job forever. Still he could get a job in a freak show circus as the great grandson of the 'Elephant Man'. | robwt
21/12/2011 14:51 | A0502..You asked why didn't I sell my shares the same time as Andrew Green. Firstly because I didn't know he was selling his shares, secondly I have only ever spoken with him once since he started working for Logica, thirdly we the employees only ever get to hear how well the company is doing. I don't know if anything will happen, but since leaving I have been told by a reliable insider that the board have been in talks with a major Indian IT company. I know the name of the company concerned and I know they want to expand into Europe and the UK especially, but I can't say because it wouldn't take long for them to work out who is giving out classified information. If anything happens it would of course be good for the shares, but bad for about 5000 employees as the company concerned would trim the workforce and cut out several areas. | exlogicalad
21/12/2011 13:31 | Looks like they are all starting to see the light...........at last! | a0502162
20/12/2011 20:17 | I blame those who approve insiders contract package....who are these guys?....the saying goes you have to pay good money to attract a high calibre candidate is all a myth!....more like you scratch my back & I scratch your back....its not what you know but who you know... | diku
20/12/2011 16:40 | So why didn't you sell at the same time Mr Green did? | a0502162
20/12/2011 16:13 | I worked at Logica HQ in Reading until a few weeks ago. The ADVFN free BB is often read at Logica and we used to have a good laugh at it. Some of you people are spot on although we have some very good middle managers and there are some very good board members who would be much more capable than Green and his close cronies. Mr Green has been a disaster and he isn't popular. People have lost their jobs while pay rises were dished out to the board. In April Andy Green sold a total of 428,800 shares at an average of £1.31....what a fantastic deal considering my holding of 3333 shares are worth 58p each today. | exlogicalad
19/12/2011 17:51 | Not wihile its Green all over. There is nothing left apart from redenduncy payments and pension top ups. Let us not forget they is "CONSULTANTS" knows all been there seen that and it goes into my pocket. | hvs
18/12/2011 13:34 | Dealy....Yes there are good bits and some very good people within Logica. Unfortunately there aren't too many of them in senior management. It is the unsung and good parts that have so far been the saviour of the company. There are companies out there who could acquire Logica and run it efficiently. The low Mkt Cap could make it attractive to a predator. | robwt
18/12/2011 13:10 | Talking to a very worried Logica employee. Andrew Green is looked upon as a buffoon, a hopeless boss who is clearly clueless. She says he keeps a low profile shuffling around in a furtive manner as though he realises he has ruined the lives of thousands while enriching himself. The failed ex BT conman has all 40,000 employees in fear of their jobs, very sad for those loyal employees and shareholders who Green has treated with such disdain. Green should never have been appointed as CEO of any company, least alone a FTSE 150 company. I can't see Logica rising again to the FTSE 150 unless major changes are made immediately and first and foremost they change the management. During his four years Andrew Green has succeeded in nothing, since winning the lottery landing this position Green has awarded himself and his useless management millions of pounds of shareholder funds in bonuses, pay rises and perks. The man is a disgrace. | robwt
17/12/2011 14:35 | Oh please spare me.................. | a0502162
17/12/2011 12:58 | LOL !!!! LOL!!!!! | hvs
17/12/2011 12:02 | The company is worth more than 60p.IBM is at an all time high. As companies cut costs Logica can also benefit by offering offshoring. IBM should buy them out. | dealy
16/12/2011 10:55 | Green from BT is alaugh. Not funny for shareholders though. | hvs
14/12/2011 23:13 | Mr Bean and the bumblers. As I said this is the worst bunch of crooks running a company since Fred Goodwin said stuff your trouser pockets with all this free money. | robwt |
