Here's a thought about the recent share price action.

What if there is a counterparty now preparing to mount a takeover bid and thwart this proposed fund raise. Given its pathetic placement price, it won't take much for a competitor with deep pockets to step in and disrupt this absolute give away.

I managed to get an allocation of £1K worth of Broker option shares, there is no guarantee of EIS tax reliefs and there will be no warrant attached (I applied for £5k worth)
