Interesting comments viz Bank of England's activities to bring down the Truss govt.
If proven to be true, BOE senior management needs to be imprisoned.

OZstralia.

Convicts went to OZ, Hardworking, entrepreneurial Puritans crossed Atlantic to the States.

I agree what your saying re RR Careful but thats only half the story, they are an anomaly interms Mcap nett profit ratios, firstly they have 30+ year order book for nuclear submarine engines with AUKUS secondly flight hour revenues from new civil aviation orders haven't hit the bottom line yet and thirdly jam tomorrow from SMR potential hasn't hit yet. If the ultimate trifecta comes in.. could easily be looking at a double figure share price in the nxt 2 yrs imo.

People dont need you encouraging them to steal Tricky. Not every where is goody two shoes like Nottingham. Most places they are quite expert at it as it is. Its why we import these skilled illegals.

Tesco and the other large supermarkets seem to have agreed not to compete anymore.
They have realised that margins were too low, why beat each other up by lowering prices?

They are learning from American companies.
Apple are grotesquely overpriced with rip off margins.
Whatever the market will stand.

Nvidia are making 90%+ mark up right now, greed is not a strong enough word to describe it.Charge the suckers whilst you can for as long as the hype lasts.

The staggering rise in RR.shares is in part due to them having pricing power, they have stopped giving away their technology at cost to get market share.
Their market cap is £40bn and turnover less than half of that.
Also they have reduced costs in recent years.

This is the new capitalism, lets not compete, rip them off, enough for everyone.

The way those TV reporters on the beach report the crowded rubber dinghies heading for paradise.
They are so sympathetic, so many sob stories, it makes us cry.
They are on the side of these boat people.

How far do these dinghies have to travel before they are offered a first class taxi service by our misnamed border control?

I see the German authorities are the bad guys now and a taking many back to their country of origin.
So they head for the UK.

At least Starmer is talking tough about his Border Force mandated to smash the gangs of people smugglers.
How he will do that operating in overseas countries we all wait to see.
Not convinced.

I do not understand the discussion, most of us see the danger of social disruption and overpopulation.
Why is there this establishment fifth column in favour of mass migration? Puzzled.
