Reform UK, formerly the Brexit Party, got kick started by Richard Tice today. Much of it was about Scotland, but the interesting bit was about COVID.

It's here and it's here forever, like flu and any number of other viruses. We must learn to live with it, and the question is, how should we live with it?

Should we be locked up in our homes several months a year? Should we wreck the economy? Should we wreck normal social life? Should we suspend democracy?

Or should we provide a degree of protection for those most at risk, but otherwise carry on as normal?

“Regardless of the efficacy of the vaccine I'm admiring the logistics“.

Oh, terrific - for all you know, they are efficient at endangering people.

They have had this particular vaccine quite a while - the take up is very low as the Chinese are risk averse (it’s actually more complex than that, but I’ll not waste that on you) and generally do not trust it. Don’t let your rabid hatred of the U.K. get in the way of even the most basic thinking.

Regardless of the efficacy of the vaccine I'm admiring the logistics. Something the UK seems to be completely incompetent on. Now we are going to have massive vaccination centres - that seems a smart idea....NOT! Go along and join a massive queue, breath in COVID and get your one vial of vaccine that at best will give you 70% cover - which is still not proven because clinical trials did not run the two vial system with such a massive time period between two injections. Even the WHO are not impressed.

This government is all about herd immunity to protect their political careers, they don't give a sh*t about the individual.

I switched from Hifx as they were too expensive. I agree about the 'nervous' aspect, it can be an anxious wait on larger sums ;) If I transfer at 6/7am UK time, the funds are in my foreign account by the close of business same day.

With a vaccine that is regarded as less tested than even the Russian vaccine.

So yet another biased and absurd offering from the barely sober M2.

The Chinese who are looking to resume their education back in the U.K. have directly told me that they will wait to get the Oxford vaccine rather than anything else. They don’t even mention the Chinese one!

In any event, it’s what happens in the coming weeks which is more relevant. Can the U.K. get to 15mn by mid Feb?

No, they don't need to vaccine the whole country in a mad panick like we have to. They don't have a prime chimp as leader and the country isn't full of morons and covidiots.

"I have no idea if this clip is genuine or fabricated"

Why the hell do you watch it then?

Put on Scooby Doo, at least you have a better idea that it is fabricated.
