Gecko..I have no problem with licenced gun ownership, but I think it is out of control in the US where you any loony can buy a gun . Someone reported last year that over a million people had died from gun violence since John Lennon was murdered.

Riots, they aren't riots, they are just an excuse for a good looting session. Kill a few i say. Or better still send the army outside some of those places being looted and mow them down as they come out.

No Real Left in the USA.

Bernie?
Cortes and the other 4 reprobates?

Plenty of real left in US(and they're all Democrats)

I'm pro Gun, but also Pro Abortion

Trump is a Democrat, he isn't a Republican.

Let's see in November shall we as to whether Americans are deserting Trump.
Deserting means a landslide for the Democrat candidate(who I suspect wont be Biden)

The US healthcare system has its problems...as does the UK's frankly but yes, we are better off than them.

And concur, most Americans are two paychecks from default. I'd wager than many in the UK are also in a similar situation.

Riots are set to get worse everywhere.
Because the free money will soon run out.

geckoglory..I have been one of the main supporters of Brexit on this board for years. I have also spent a lot of time in the USA and I have friends over there. Your stance and support for Donald Trump is not what is happening in the USA, people are deserting Trump in droves.

You post as if the Democrats are like our Labour Party, there is no real left in the USA, just a myth that there is, many Americans are brainwashed into believing that something like the NHS is communism. The Dems aren't what I would call left, maybe there are a few progressives in the Dems, but the party is mainly centre and Bill Clinton was fairly conservative.

This pandemic has shown many in the US, just how bad it is for a country with healthcare run by insurance companies. My buddy rang me on Tuesday and told me, tests are not free, in fact even for the retired who have to pay excess charges and all prescription have a co-pay. There is no healthcare for millions of americans, which is bad in this day and age. We in the UK and in Europe are lucky with proper healthcare systems, not so in the USA. Nobody will ever know the real figures for virus deaths in the US, as so many never go to a doctor or hospital, they don't have insurance.

Something like 75% of Americans are two paychecks away from poverty, those riots are set to get worse. We are lucky in this country, that's why I always give Minerve stick for forever bashing the UK.
