08/2/2020 18:48 | Bigger balls than me Wendsworth. Not that I don't think that there can be much left only upside even it does take another 10 years. Its just worn me down. Will stick with what I have and take the dividends hoping that they keep coming but I want a bit more excitement if that's the right word. It's no longer just about the money I'm too old to worry about it. | scruff1
08/2/2020 18:26 | mitchy : MMs will quote any statistic to push LLoyds in their favoured direction. Could even be the failure of a rice crop in Vietnam...if it suits !! 20/02 is , and always has been pivotal, to their policy. Just ask yourself , 'How could the share price initially trade north of 69p on 13/12 and now be 57p? What's fundamentally changed at Lloyds to justify an 18 per cent decline in it's share price in less than two months? The question I have to ask myself now is , 'Will I have the courage to double my current holding on 19/02 ? My answer at present is , 'Probably Yes!' !!!!!! | wendsworth

08/2/2020 15:39 | cheshire The "rubbish" that "comes out of the EU" isn't rubbish and they tend to be a better quality of human than your type in my experience. They certainly contribute more to our economy and don't sit in their armchairs waiting for Corrie to come on thinking they are Mastermind contestants. LOL | minerve 2

08/2/2020 15:37 | Sterling down to $1.28 on Brexit deal fears I guess. China figures down not surprisingly. Global markets expected to take a $200B hit because of the coronavirus. It's possible the world GDP is close to dropping below the Global debt curve because of corona. Brexit worries of a No Deal still persisting. I personally don't believe there will be any trouble getting a free trade deal because of the pressure German Manufacturers will be applying to secure a free trade agreement. Tariffs would surely cripple an already supressed German market. The Netherlands are refusing to increase their contributions to the EU above 1% to fill the Brexit gap. Oil off on market slow down. | mitchy
08/2/2020 15:34 | careful. It's a bit more than so called american bully tactics. | maxk
08/2/2020 15:08 | Mike Pence the American Vice President said on CNBC that a free trade deal with Britain could be scuppered by the British governments compromise decision to use some Huawei 5g technology. Already BT will have to strip out some installed equipment cost £500m to placate America. This is outrageous, we are an independent country who made this decision after a comprehensive security review. And we need to do trade with China going forward. This is what remainers feared, too weak to stand up to America we shall have to do as we are told from now on. a Vessel state. We have lost our freedom and independence. We have no right to veto American decisions we do not like as we could have when in the EU. | careful
08/2/2020 14:40 | stonedyou You are so funny. LOL | minerve 2
08/2/2020 13:49 | "The White House has good reason to question the official story as expert virologist Dr. James Lyons-Weiler of the Institute for Pure and Applied Knowledge, showed and explained how the coronavirus' genetic sequence - which has been publicly released by China - contains a unique "middle fragment" encoding a SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) spike protein that appears, according to his genomic analysis, to have been inserted into the 2019-nCoV virus using "pShuttle" technology. This technique can only be done in a lab, as it has never occurred naturally in nature" Of course it's manufactured in a BioLab. That's why the death rate is being covered up, the Crematorium running 24/7 apparently, journalists disappearing who have leaked how bad it is, and 400 million are on lock down quarantine!!!!!! | crossing_the_rubicon
08/2/2020 13:40 | "UK Supermarket Forced To Apologize For Asking People Not To Steal Female Menstrual Products" Should be a mandatory 2 year prison sentence for shop lifting imo. Laughable wokeism. Political Correctness, aka cultural marxism, is to blame. "“Women, trans men, or anyone who menstruates should not have to worry about being reported for taking a necessity that I personally believe should be free,” added another" Why should it be for free luv? Someone has to manufacture them, employ Labour. These are costs. Why should they subsidise a selfish entitled cow like you? | crossing_the_rubicon
08/2/2020 13:16 | Not dead yet old boy? LOL | minerve 2
08/2/2020 13:13 | If the NHS collapses and the virus knocks off the gammons I would say it is sent from the gods and fully deserved. Good luck! ;) -------------------- The virus is curable Minnie, shame the disease that addles your brain is not. We have all figured out that you are a real 'sick puppy'. ROFLMAO | jacko07
