What I say is the truth, but what I do with my time and life is frankly none of your business chimps.

UK mortgage approvals were their lowest level for nearly six years in February as consumers hold off on major purchases before they know what is happening on the Exit front. (Just out).

Minerva, posts like 252394 just confirm how narrow-minded the left is. The idea that people might see things differently from you is totally beyond you. Does not compute! Does not compute! Does not compute! Therefore you have to come up with some bogey man to explain it - Fox News, The Daily Mail, The Sun, whatever.

You are stupid and limited people.

By contrast, we do understand and accept that there are different points of view.

Even JRM is slowly starting to see the light - "The choice seems to be Mrs May’s deal or no Brexit".

………;……̷0;……R30;it will take a little while longer for many posters.

(Hence sharp rise in GBP just now).

You really HAVE NO IDEA about plutocracy do you? Who do you think is driving the issue to leave the EU and why?

If you think it is you and your ilk you are deluded! You have been made to think that way.

You are just a pathetic pawn in the chess game of plutocrats.

"Another year or two won't be the end of the world. In that year or two the electoral landscape will be transformed and the Conservative Party will be able to rid itself of those MPs who serve foreign masters."

Does that include non-domicile charlatans like Rupert Birdmuck?

I'm actually surprised that Juncker and co are still alive - I'd have thought that May would have talked them to death by now.

That's what women do, isn't it? That's why men die sooner than women, because men are talked to death.

Ever tucked into a nice meal and had to listen to the missus rabiting on about some nonsense, and at the end of the meal you realise that you didn't remember eating it?

Ace - "Well done you lot - Norway minus, minus, minus, minus, minus, etc., on its way - the worst of all worlds because you Brextremists are effing idiots :-("

That actually makes you an "idiot", Ace. Firstly, if May had played her hand properly and also done what the voters voted for, we'd have been out this Friday. It's May's fumbling and undemocratic MPs that's led to this, and sodall to do with "Brextremists".

Secondly, where did Norway "minus....." come from? I've heard of Norway Plus.

"Brextremists"? I suppose that's another way of saying those who believe in their country and democracy. You're probably the sort of person who calls Leaving "crashing out".

Well done you lot - Norway minus, minus, minus, minus, minus, etc., on its way - the worst of all worlds because you Brextremists are effing idiots :-(

This line keeps getting pushed but it doesn't make sense at any level.

We have been in the EU for more than 45 years. Another year or two won't be the end of the world. In that year or two the electoral landscape will be transformed and the Conservative Party will be able to rid itself of those MPs who serve foreign masters. Then the job can be done properly.

With that background, how can it make sense to tie ourselves to a deal that leaves us as vassals forever with no hope of escape?
