I know many Indians that voted out sick of foreigners sucking the Benefit system dry when first generation Indians came over to the UK to work. This is unlike many leaching Euroscum that suck the benefit system dry.

% wise, remainers are driven by fear than knowledge andthe most ignorance of them all are the Labour voters driven by scaremongering from media and party politics. At least the Brexiteers knows what they want and why.

graham you're right, however that was an election as opposed to a referendum.

We elect and employ our MP's to make decisions based upon the information they receive from their advisers and experts in the civil service otherwise we could just let Joe Public decide everything and sack the whole lot of them in Westminster and Whitehall (maybe not such a bad idea).

The reality though would be that Angie the chip shop fryer in Burnley would be deciding on Foreign policy (God Forbid) and Mohammed in Bromley would be deciding on Education (oh dear) etc, etc.

Of course they'd have the Mail, Express & Star as their trusted advisers..........

There's hardly an occupation with machine gun totting foreigners on every corner is there ?

Well, not up here in Scotland there's not.

As for voting leave, there were many different reasons for this which had nothing to do with immigration or "being set free" etc.

Ambassadors from the nations of the EU reached an agreement on Friday allowing British citizens to travel inside the EU without a visa, in case the UK leaves the union without a deal. This decision allows Britons visa-free short stays of up to 90 days within any 180 day-period.The decision means that British citizens will be able to travel anywhere inside the EU's "Schengen Area" without needing to apply for a visa
