I have looked at the "add thread" tab and from what can I see there is no provision in the set up process to prohibit any selected/nominated User ID's from posting on that new thread?

In fact there are too many of these global organisations making predictions of future trends that one has to suspect are highly biased and political and whose main purpose seems to be to influence the present. Today for example the IEA has claimed that peak oil will occur by 2030 which even by my limited knowledge seemed a tad bonkers. Then OPEC dismissed it as nonsense saying peak oil isnt even on the horizon - and they are putting their considerable wealth where their mouth is. As for WHO,IMF and the climate groups ......................
