I am not TW. joHnwig has previously accused me and many posters of this before. It backs up my assertion that joHnwigs thread, in the main, is joHnwig talking to himself. With the multiple accounts used to mark up each post.Since my post, a dormant SUPP thread titled .... public private has been brought to my attention. It includes all the names in the list I detailed and is pretty much a mirror of the LIT "free for honest posters" board. Well worth a look and you'll see the guys mental health exposed.LIT deserves a better board. If I was a premium member I'd make one myself but I have no intention of keeping a premium subscription just to do so.

I think this, and other litigation funders as well, are all patience testers currently.
Covid had quite the impact on courts working through cases, and all litigation funders are sitting on many mature cases waiting to finally resolve.

Impatience is why all litigation funder valuations are low despite the cash they shoud see see returning this and next year.
It's rare to see companies that can generate so much value and growth be this cheap ahead of so many potential catalysts (news of cases finishing).

This has always been a slightly frustrating share to own. Mostly of course this is because it has yet to achieve critical mass. Its market cap is around the £90m mark. It's never had to publish any bad news apart, perhaps, from the dismissal of the then head of the London operation. The chief executive is in many people's view mightily impressive. And so on.

I can't quarrel with your postulation that,on average, there could be an announcement every couple of weeks in the near future. There's nothing like frequent, regular, good news is there?

I'm happy to hold but there are many impatient small time investors out there.

Talking of which, I notice that my name is on some list which "scubadiverr" has seen fit to publish. I won't waste time refuting his silliness except to point out that he is none other than that well known 'prophetic' scoundrel guy who runs an extremely smelly, ineffective tip sheet. He and jonwig and spectoacc have colluded to troll and misinform on ADVFN for at least 10 years. Jonwig has founded scores of threads for the sole purpose of banning anybody who tells the truth about them.

That's all I have to say on that matter.....

In a few years that outperformance part of funds will probably go to dividends, or at least partly.
CEO and chairman keep buying stock, so they likely have a framework for capital returns in the back of their mind.

In the short term they'll need cash to reinvest and start a 3rd fund.
