That makes sense to me Luwe. Unless things have changed, there is a lot of value inside the business that will start to show in the P&L account at some point.

PE isn't relevant for this company.
Should be valued on balance sheet and future balance sheet.
That balance sheet should be much higher after this year.
In the future maybe it could be valued based on dividend yield.

~90M invested capital at >30 months.
According to historic returns they should see roughly 225M come in over the next 12-18 months.
On 82M market cap.

Rosenblatt (RBG) is ditching its Lionfish arm and has sacked its CEO. Manolete (MANO) is hoping for great things by chasing up covid loan offenders (the stay in bankrupcy actions was a blow).

LIT has a possible card up its sleeve, the GreenX Metals case against Poland. This might be decided around April.

But another approach is being made by law firms, contingency fees. This is much the same thing as litigation finance but needn't be a big part of a firm's book.

Increasingly feeling that other than Burford (who still have issues with show me the money) everyone else has failed at litigation finance

Consider my patience tested.
How slow can courts continue to be.
~90M of invested capital is at >30 months.
