One of the topics that will be raised at the AGM is the question of PARRY's Claim to have a seat ot the world banking table.

This has not materialised and looking at the state of the company during 2018 there never was any realistic hope of this taking place.

This statement was a clear cut inducement for a number of high nerd worth individuals to invest in LIONSGOLD. I BELIEVE THAT PARRY MENTIONED THAT HE WAS TARGETING THIS TYPE OF INVESTOR.

WELL, I PERSONALLY KNOW OF THREE WHO PUT IN OVER £300000 BASED ON. PARRY's claim.

Of course we know now this was utter rubbish, but it runs deeper that that as its a FRAUD. Under the law governing the conduct of Comapny CEOs they can only announce what they know to be factual, unless of course they clearly state that what they are going to say is nothing more than supposition.

Under the MISREPRESENTATION ACT. 1967. PARRY's statement is clearly fraudulent misrepresentation which caused a number of investors to put their money into a company which without said fraudulent misrepresentation they would not have done.

A fraudulent misrepresentation occurs when someone makes a statement that -
1/they know is untrue, or,
2/they make without believing it is true, or,
3/they make recklessly (i.e. that person does not care about whether the statement is true or not).

The Misrepresentation Act exists to protect consumers from false or fraudulent claims that induce you into buying something or entering into a contract.

It also allows you to claim damages.

The FCA should intervien in this matter, meanwhile investors should sharpen their pens and prepare claims for compensation.

No one in this wide wide world knows how much gold is hoarded and how many gold hoarders are looking for the best way to free some up into cash or card cash if you wish.

It would be risky for LION to head off into a paper gold hedging position even though markets accept the lack of physical gold. It does look as if a takeover of LION is likely by a large sized gold producer. That would save the company from re-listing. That would allow a faster issue of Tally as it would be a negative to the likely quick expansion otherwise.

If one hundred thousand cards are issued some persons of high net worth might want to put a few hundred thousand pounds of gold on their cards. That might mean producing hundreds of thousands of ounces per year. If the cards issued reached 100,000 at an average £20,000 per card then that would be 20 ounces per card - total = 2 million ounces. If cards reached 500,000 then what?

There is zero chance of gold interests in Finland and India producing this much gold. Even a large producer like Randgold only manages about 1.35 million ounces Au per year.

The fallout from the company presentation has left so many under a cloud of doubt and uncertainty yet again. In my world a company present ion is supposed to sell the company's future prospects to its investors and not to confuse them.

We are not talking meta physics or Indepth rocket science here so why all the dilly dallying over Tally........the work has already been done in the preparation of GOLDBLOC or so we were constantly reassured.....so what's the big deal over TALLY? Unless of course this whole thing is a typical PARRY delaying tactic......whatever his game he is hardly building up the all essential element of CONFIDENCE!
