Neither, just as me, not being reliant nor a party animal this I will do all by my formidable self! With of course lawyer in tow just to carry papers and creat balance etc!

Should prove to be as interesting as the high stakes involved. There are rather a lot of shareholders with over six figures invested here, high enough amounts to make it a worthwhile cause.

If as some say, shenanigans are at play here then PARRY's face will be a picture when all company assets are embargoed?........that is the ultimate price Parry will be paying for his failings in his obligations to his shareholders.

Well chaps as we close another week the deception of Parry worsens. On top of all his purposefull lies, he now continues the fraud with false undertakings of an AGM.

NOW A WEEK OVERDUE AND STILL NO UPDATES FROM PARRY.

The problems I have with these shysters is that they have no respect for their shareholders.

I don't say things lightly as I have been around a long time and seen most of what is to be seen.

VERDON sent me all the wrong vibs and he has a perfect bedfellow in Parry.

They may well be sending messages out but as for their all important credibility they are all wrong.

Simple question: who would want to do business with Parry knowing that he can't keep his word!

my gut feeling is when verdon stated in a recent interview he wants railsbank to be a competitor to hsbc's wholesale business, the very least he is expecting as a response is for analysts [for any that were listening!!] to run the slide-rule over rb, if not also look at forward projections. a cynic might say he put up the 'for sale' sign.

[with the vacancies above, i think we're looking at 2019-h1 launch of tally, rather than q1]

Well bigmj came on the scene with a bang as to what his being involved meant to him......but it looks like PARRY has tamed him and brought him into line with PARRY PRINCIPLES OF SAYING WHAT YOU DONT MEANT.

A NON EX DIRECTOR IS THERE TO BRING BALANCE TO THE BOARD AND THEREFORE WOULD HAVE ENSURED THAT PARRY WOULD HAVE ANNOUNCED THE AGM DETAILS WITHIN THE TIME SCALE HE STATED TO HIS SHAREHOLDERS.


LOOKS LIKE PARRY IS PULLING ALL THE STRINGS.

Really is a disgusting attitude towardsthose shareholders who have support LIONSGOLD!
