Just enjoyed a great full English brekkies with two fellow investors from last night.

Sometimes it's hard to keep quiet but it's the quiet man who learns the most from others who love to speak.

There was not much point in being disruptively vociferous last night as PARRY CAME TO DELIVER A PRESENTSTION and we wanted to know what he had to say and how he said it.

We got all that neatly bundled up for dissection and further examination at the AGM which will be the proper place at which shareholders have the right to confront issues as presented.

Prima Facie PARRY seems very confused over how to Implement TALLY as it is it looks like a mishmashed Sally dilly dally tally and PARRY seemed to be stumbling to find his words.....it was as if he was making it up as he went along but struggling for direction as he did!

We need clarity over this and also if TALLY is to be a stand alone offshoot of LION or an independent IPO and we need indications of SPs etc.

The AGM WILL, I SAID WILL reveal this.

jan 2019 continue to migrate trac customers and go live (beta for android users). Raise pre IPO funds of 500k to 1mil, encourouage exercise of 2.2p warrants
Feb 2019 receive MasterCards and have an app available at the App Store Complete Pathfinder and investment presentation and promotional documents
Mar 2019. First marketing campaign targeting uncertainty volatility of Brexit Complete IPO raise of 2,000,000 to 4,000,000
April 2019 Have the company listed again on AIM as tally limited and icy te have the company listed again on AIM as tally limited.

I can't see why an April listing is being considered when all this work we have been told has been done with GOLDBLOC, surely this work was not a complete waste of shareholders funds.

We should relist in January now there is talk of no RELISTING fees being charged. Pluse the fact that THE REVOLUT CARD IS MAKING SUCH MARVELLOIUS PROGRESS WITH A LOT LESS FUSS.

So while Cameron showed us a look of the app and the prototype of the Credit Card which indeed is rather impressive I nearly interjected to point out that we do infact have a GOLDBLOC MasterCard reproduced on one of the BBs.......as said Parry, when it suits him, has done a lot of Talking over the past year, meanwhile REVOLUT has done a lot of "doing" and capturing a strong market following and customer base!


My personal opinion is that there is something very wrong with PARRY! No wonder Luke moved on!

It's all been adequately said here already. I was happy to sit back and listen as after all it was only a presentstion the AGM will be the place for fireworks although PARRY did a good job of quelling the natives thereby probably enduring a damp squid AGM.

MEANWHILE.......weighing it all up I am still in for the ride and more than happy to keep doling out the rope to PARRY.

WHETHER OR NOT HE HANGS HIMSELF OR SOMEONE YANKS IT IT........TIME WILL TELL.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT ....THINGS SEEM TO BE PROGRESSING NICELY BUT YOU NEVER CAN REALLY TELL WITH PARRY!
