What Keith needs to be asking BIGMJ is why?

Many reasons come to mind but being as syndicalism as I am, could it be that PARRY has become a great big embarrassment?

I cant look in and post everyday but will always keep an eye on the board, sadly the more you make yourself open and approachable, the more people expect and are never satisfied, you wont find many listed companies where someone from the BOD posts on the boards

I FOR EXAMPLE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATIFIED WITH COMANY ANNOUNCEMENTS VIA RNS OR OTHERWISE SO LONG AS THEY SAID WHAT THEY MEANT AND MEANT WHAT THEY SAID FULFILLING ANY TIME SCALE GIVEN.........You boss PARRY IS VERY INFANTILE ASND HAS MUCH TO LEARN.....I AM LOOKING FORWARD......... to telling him this eye to eye!

Also while here I may as well restate that I have no trust in VERDON...NONE and the fact that he is happy to team up and support PARRY's strange and weird conduct supports my sentiments........it's time that both these wannabes put some money on the shareholder's table instead of just talking about creating shareholder value!

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT SHAREHOLDERS ARE PAYING PARRY £175000per annum. But we are not he is sucking money out of LIONSGOLD that LIONSGOLD can ill afford to pay him.

He has been doing this without shareholder knowledge nor approval

Besides we pay PARRY to enlighten shareholders and as he told me, he is there creating shareholder value which after all this time we have no real evidence off.

WE CERTAINLY DO NOT PAY PARRY FOR HIS SILENCE.....I CAN PLAY A GUESSING GAME DOWN AT MY LOCAL PUB......IF I WENT THERE THAT IS.

IF AT THE AGM WE LET PARRY GET AWAY WITH THESE THINGS....THEN WE SHAREHOLDERS WILL GET WHAET WE DESERVE.

PROBLEM IS WHEN DEALING WITH A SNAKE IN THE GRASS IS THAT ONE NEVER KNOWS WHICH WAY ITS GONNA GO. BEST TO STOP IT IN ITS TRACKS AND FIND OUT WHILE YOU CAN!

AS ONCE ITS SLITHERED OFF, PERHAPS TAKING THE FAMILY SILVER WITH IT......ITS WAY TOO LATE AND YOUR BELATED CRYING WILL DO NO GO.....IT NEVER DOES.

ONE OF THE JOBS I LOVE IS BLACKSMITHING. SHOEING MY OWN HORSE SO I KNOW THERE IS TRUTH IN THE OLD ADDAGE THAT ITS SLWAYS MORE EFFECTIVE TO......strike while the iron is hot.

There is nothing of a sensitive nature involved here as its already been said.

To me after the AGM mean just that: IE AFTER THE AGM THEREFORE I WILL BE WANTING THE DATE AND PUSHING FOR IT!

IT DOES NOT MEAN SOME INCONCLUSIVE TIME IN THE UNKNOWN FUTURE.......EVEN THOUGH OZ SPOKEN ENGLISH ATTRACTS MANY CRITICS!

Put PARRY ON THE SPOT AND KEEP HIM THERE UNTIL HE STRAIGHTENS HIMSELF OUT!

THERE WILL BE A GROUP OF US GOING TO THE AGM

THE LAW ON SHAREHOLDER RIGHTS AND CEO responsibilities is quite clear.

Shareholders have certain enshrined legal rights to relevant non-sensitive information which it is believed is being purposely withheld.

We do not trust PARRY solely based on his own conduct.

Just so Parry has this clear, we have no intention of being disruptive at the AGM as we are all professional people and our group's lawyer also a shareholder and will be in attendance.

We simply want an explanation as to PARRY's WEIRD CONDUCT AND TO HAVE THE INFORMATION THE LAW SAY WE AS SHAREHOLDERS ARE ENTITLED TO HAVE.
