At least the website has improved at last, one missing area is on the intro page, when you pop up the phone and click the "Outdoor" no product is shown - maybe that is something else that is "Coming Soon".

Still other parts now look much more professional and impressive - like the area that shows a works with "NEST" product.

They would all fit in the same NEST very nicely imo.

Still if there is one really bit of positive news they could do a PSL and move the share price more than 300% in less than three trading days and still going, and from a company that must be in dire need of more cash, unlike LWRF.

It will no-doubt fly on news.

I doubt they're delighted now. They could buy on the open market like everyone else but choose not to, which tells you everything you need to know on what they are expecting.

I believe the turn round started when Committed Capital took a major stake back in August 2015 and having their own guy on the BoD. Found this from last year makes positive reading:

"Committed Capital first invested GBP1.1 million in Lightwave August 2015 and now holds a stake of more than 10%. The latest investment was at 12.75 pence per share for 1.7 million shares. Lightwave was untraded on Wednesday morning, last quoted at 12.00p.

"The company has made strong progress since we first invested in enhancing LightwaveRF's products, creating additional channels to market and developing sales opportunities. We are delighted to have the opportunity to make this further investment," Committed Capital Chief Executive and Lightwave Non-Executive Director Steve Harris said in a statement."

With one positive RNS like PSL provided, together with a good PR job as clearly is being done with PSL I expect the share price will at least treble if PSL is anything to go by.

MM looking for a bit of stock it seems with the small tick up today.

Sinkyj , agree on committed , I have invested with them being lead a few times and I think they are a strong team and look to take action when the company needs a bit more focus. I have found they are happy to let management run the company if milestones and targets are met, but get involved if there is a loss of focus or delivery. Its very rare they invest without a board seat exactly for that purpose and having the equity clout here is in my view positive. Most of their cash came in at the 23p placement and the recent follow up so they will be motivated to get a decent up tick as currently way under water. I am pretty sure there will be frequent communication with and monitoring with the new CEO

On a serious note, I think any news will be rolled up into the interims now though, unless there is an urgent reason that forces their hand.

First one, I will take a large bet you are wrong. Interims due very soon, unless I'm very much mistaken I don't think anybody inside the company could buy.

2nd one you might be right. Normally this size inside the spread, it's a transfer though and they are reported together, not normally late.

At first glance looks like a sell, but surely can't be without a matching trade.

Has to be a buy, maybe the trade why the MM have been sucking up stock for a while. Now filled, business as usual, down on any slight sell.

Either way, a nice trade for somebody .

I think we have had a couple of duracells inserted already by committed. They've come in a plain wrapper without much fuss. They'll need to be a couple more before we can feel the power.. I think committed will know that, I've only ever heard good things about them. At the moment their and my goals align which is one of the main reasons I'm sticking around.

Committed Capital firmly in charge now clock....it's there strategy, ceo appointment etcI think it'll come good but some time is needed to realise the value now they have control of the wheel.
