03/5/2017 08:51 | At least the website has improved at last, one missing area is on the intro page, when you pop up the phone and click the "Outdoor" no product is shown - maybe that is something else that is "Coming Soon". Still other parts now look much more professional and impressive - like the area that shows a works with "NEST" product. They would all fit in the same NEST very nicely imo. Still if there is one really bit of positive news they could do a PSL and move the share price more than 300% in less than three trading days and still going, and from a company that must be in dire need of more cash, unlike LWRF. It will no-doubt fly on news. | clocktower
03/5/2017 08:42 | I doubt they're delighted now. They could buy on the open market like everyone else but choose not to, which tells you everything you need to know on what they are expecting. | whoppy
03/5/2017 08:08 | I believe the turn round started when Committed Capital took a major stake back in August 2015 and having their own guy on the BoD. Found this from last year makes positive reading: "Committed Capital first invested GBP1.1 million in Lightwave August 2015 and now holds a stake of more than 10%. The latest investment was at 12.75 pence per share for 1.7 million shares. Lightwave was untraded on Wednesday morning, last quoted at 12.00p. "The company has made strong progress since we first invested in enhancing LightwaveRF's products, creating additional channels to market and developing sales opportunities. We are delighted to have the opportunity to make this further investment," Committed Capital Chief Executive and Lightwave Non-Executive Director Steve Harris said in a statement." hxxp://www.morningst | tonys8

02/5/2017 13:18 | Interims are due on 19 May. | jurgenklopp
02/5/2017 12:28 | Hotel Bedrooms could result in huge orders for LWRF with use by the Echo etc; A reminder of this video that was published earlier this year on You Tube: | clocktower
02/5/2017 11:25 | Excellent link JMF69. Thank you. | jurgenklopp
02/5/2017 10:45 | And a decent size investment that was JMF69. Thanks for that link. | clocktower
02/5/2017 10:42 | Delayed buy was the reason for the tick up | jmf69
02/5/2017 09:50 | With one positive RNS like PSL provided, together with a good PR job as clearly is being done with PSL I expect the share price will at least treble if PSL is anything to go by. MM looking for a bit of stock it seems with the small tick up today. | clocktower
02/5/2017 09:46 | PSL having another very good day so far today. TERN too. Hofefully some of the magic will rub off here !! | jurgenklopp
28/4/2017 11:05 | Well worth looking at PSL.L today to see the excitement that can come to companies involved in the IOT space. LWRF next? | bentley43
27/4/2017 09:57 | A 1 trade preceded by a 121 trade yesterday....somethi | gozo
23/4/2017 17:33 | Sinkyj , agree on committed , I have invested with them being lead a few times and I think they are a strong team and look to take action when the company needs a bit more focus. I have found they are happy to let management run the company if milestones and targets are met, but get involved if there is a loss of focus or delivery. Its very rare they invest without a board seat exactly for that purpose and having the equity clout here is in my view positive. Most of their cash came in at the 23p placement and the recent follow up so they will be motivated to get a decent up tick as currently way under water. I am pretty sure there will be frequent communication with and monitoring with the new CEO | pmears1
21/4/2017 22:54 | Good sign to see the new CEO pubically interacting with his customers. @LightwaveRF_CEO Great to make time today to listen to customers @X5ADM & @alistairdoran their @LightwaveRF use, thx! DM if you wl to talk w me on #smarthome | sinkyj
21/4/2017 16:25 | I don't remember offering odds for that option. Have a good weekend! On a serious note, I think any news will be rolled up into the interims now though, unless there is an urgent reason that forces their hand. | sinkyj
21/4/2017 16:05 | The first is not a bet that I would take up Sinkyj but the 2nd is another matter!! "Y" | clocktower
21/4/2017 16:01 | First one, I will take a large bet you are wrong. Interims due very soon, unless I'm very much mistaken I don't think anybody inside the company could buy. 2nd one you might be right. Normally this size inside the spread, it's a transfer though and they are reported together, not normally late. | sinkyj
21/4/2017 15:55 | Maybe news of the CEO buying will come on Monday and there maybe another delayed trade yet to show sinkyj. :-) | clocktower
21/4/2017 15:47 | 238K, @12.6. That's a big old trade. At first glance looks like a sell, but surely can't be without a matching trade. Has to be a buy, maybe the trade why the MM have been sucking up stock for a while. Now filled, business as usual, down on any slight sell. Either way, a nice trade for somebody . | sinkyj
21/4/2017 10:41 | I doubt they'll be much more joy from the company until the interims. | sinkyj
21/4/2017 07:55 | Your goal posts may align but someone needs to put the boot in and score sinkyj. Maybe they will today. :-) | clocktower
21/4/2017 02:26 | I think we have had a couple of duracells inserted already by committed. They've come in a plain wrapper without much fuss. They'll need to be a couple more before we can feel the power.. I think committed will know that, I've only ever heard good things about them. At the moment their and my goals align which is one of the main reasons I'm sticking around. | sinkyj
20/4/2017 20:01 | Committed Capital firmly in charge now clock....it's there strategy, ceo appointment etcI think it'll come good but some time is needed to realise the value now they have control of the wheel. | gozo |
