Anybody know the appeal and competitive threat of www.getden.co.uk vs LWRF? They seem to be easily raising £2m with £8m pre-money valuation (seedrs), despite only having early development products. From 1st looks I can't see what they might have over LWRF.

Mmm I wonder if we'll see more changes to the board prior to the Agm.After all the first 3 or 4 resolutions are normally just re election of directors etc.Clock - I share your frustration but still have faith that the new CEO will be working for the best outcome of all shareholders....this delay in notifying shareholders could be to introduce some much needed new blood. All guesswork on my part of course.

tbroka, Thanks for the link, they have done well raising the funds at the level they have, and also too have gained interest from BG and other Builders of note.

However, they are several years behind bringing this to market in any meaning full manner, and by then may well have missed the boat.

LWRF have major failings in respect of their ability to sell and promote the products with other leading businesses but it does show that Lightwaverf are undervalued, based on the valuations, and the refinement of the products.

Maybe it would be better if they just replaced the buffoons that run this outfit, and used their skills to rapidly make this company the success it should be, if it was run by people of the calibre one would expect.

They will also need a lot more funding I would expect, so serious dilution is likely to occur to those that have put up the cash.

Gozo, you will not find the accounts etc. on the company website, as when you click the link, "File not Found" - useless bunch of buffoons.

Has anyone seen the agm resolutions/voting info anywhere?

Today's continuing fall on increasing selling, is hardly a vote of confidence in the new CEO is it. To busy working out his home consumption or trying to figure the app I guess.

Trade of 15k at 8.5p - what is that all about - A signal or has someone been turned over? (I see a correction has been made - it was 13.5p and not 8.5p after all)

Seeing no news for so long has undoubtedly moved some to sell up and move on.

New CEO needs a bit of Trump type action, right or wrong if he had taken some visible action in his first days/week, then one just might have had a little more faith.

Not even putting his hand in his wallet and buying stock in the market, let alone his apparent failure to being on the ball when it comes to the website failings.

Main thing is the batteries don't run out.

I assume everyone here is fully kited out with Alexa and lwrf products , I suspect not ... life's too short to mess around with hang times automatically switching stuff on and off , it's fun setting up but a bit of an anticlimax thereafter

Certainly not Duracell Pus Power. Is the new CEO not up to the job? When will he leaving?

Despite changing the batteries, the performance is still the same. Maybe another set of duds.

Missing the boat as others crowd the market:

Ikea on the ball with Zigbee, videos are amusing and with the power of Ikea promoting products like this, it should at least draw attention to the revolution about Smart Homes but sadly this bunch seem to have left the sleep function ON.

Someone tired of waiting for the long overdue news expected it seems as 40k just dumped for 13.5p, maybe found a better place for the funds.

Yes sinkyj, I just thought I would post it as the You Tube clip has only been up a short time. The more the merrier that use LWRF and post clips.

Still no hand in the pocket from the new CEO.

I'm going to give him a minimum of 6 months to at least get close to how he wants the structure of the company to be.It's annoying that someone at the company didn't/hasn't spotted the glitch though. On a different subject the recent new large investors all have a construction background...potential for new orders I would think.

Well this new broom is clearly not hot on the ball gozo, seems to be more like Trigger with his original broom but loads of new heads but he still thinks its the same broom, or he would have, as you say, been constantly reviewing the image they present, does nothing for his image either.

A good manager/MD/boss should constantly be viewing and reviewing the business from the perspective of a potential customer/s....it's so simple and yet so effective.

So today is the end of H1 for LWRF - were they waiting for H2 before posting any better news than they have done in the preceding period?

For several days nobody in the company seems to have noticed that on the first page of the companies website, the video content does not work, or could it be they are oblivious to the image they present by not attending to front page presentations.

Maybe the new CEO will buy stock in his new financial year or is that just wishful thinking.

Good for you pointing all these matters out sinkyj.

Mike Lord along with John Shermer`s & co drawings in total were excessive and beggar belief for a company with so little turnover and NO Profit. The whole outfit has been milking stakeholders for far to long, and failing along the way. The Board might have invested money but at the same time are drawing far more than is reasonable bearing in mind their list of failures.

What on earth do the Non-Exc`s do to justify over £40k between them.

A vote against them at the AGM by the major shareholders, and clear them out is the answer imo.
