21/5/2017 17:45 | post 3650 - The last four paragraphs re-emphasise everything in my previous posts, and why this is still nothing more than a very risky punt. Aimho. | michaelmouse
21/5/2017 07:33 | Nice Links just what I was researching for. Thanks | nar1
21/5/2017 05:38 | "Check out @LightwaveRF for links to the press we have gained this week fr/ our two announcements, includes Mail, Times, Telegraph, Standard" For those without twitter. htTp://www.standard. | sinkyj
19/5/2017 13:00 | Good presentation from the CEO and it already seems to be having a positive effect with a number of buys going through. Weekend press should be positive as I guess the PR co will be hard at work. | clocktower
19/5/2017 12:36 | Share Talk recorded a podcast with Andrew Pearson, CEO of LWRF this morning: hxxp://www.share-tal | baggytrousers
19/5/2017 12:20 | Surprised nobody has mentioned this part of the RNS. "We are confident that we have the right strategy in place to scale our Company. Looking further forward, we will begin to prepare for international expansion, and we may make acquisitions that are additive in terms of customers, revenue and technology." I would not be surprised if discussions had not already taken place with other parties that will quickly add value and growth in much the same way as occurred at CRU and IDOX - though unlike IDOX, CRU has suffered problems but still has huge growth potential imo and the share price is still above the last funding price. I expect this is all part of the five year plan that was drawn up and seems to be the focus of the new CEO. | clocktower
19/5/2017 11:50 | Dropped back still been a very good week. Happy with CEO seems to be very proactive. A steady stream of updates I can see the share price finally moving upwards in increments. | nar1
19/5/2017 08:42 | Dont be fooled by the serial tw troller michaelmouse. He likes to pretend he is this wise super investors, but failed to spot 2 frauds, avanti and intq, another that cooks the books. All documented here in among his fan pages. COME BACK MICHAEL, WE NEED YOU TO REPEAT YOUR 40P CHARTING TRICK TO GET US OVER THE 82P RESISTANCE. | slartybartfaster
19/5/2017 08:21 | sinkyj - "Mm, You could well be right, as you reminded us you were before. However this game is about making money. On balance, I prefer making money to being right." Wow there's a whole debate there about investment, speculation, trading etc :) I do agree that not all fundraising is bad as long as it's used judiciously. Best of luck. | michaelmouse
19/5/2017 08:14 | Mm, You could well be right, as you reminded us you were before. However this game is about making money. On balance, I prefer making money to being right. Not all fundraising is bad, from a position of strength , and a decent valuation to really drive sales ma ybe a good thing. | sinkyj
19/5/2017 08:03 | Plenty of opportunities on the stock market brownie69. I'll pass on this one though. If I miss out then that's fine with me. | michaelmouse
19/5/2017 08:01 | Looks like those "Weak Holders" are locking in some tasty profits right now.How many times do holders who perceive themselves to be strong end up losing all their profit or make a loss because they were chasing the end of the rainbow?I'll wait patiently now for the retrace with a target buy price of 16p. | unconscious
19/5/2017 07:56 | Mickymouse. You have totally misunderstood the opportunity here and the need to invest to fully capitalise to the greatest benefit for shareholders. As sales and thus gross margin increase the need for working capital will increase. Its not rocket science. What is key is that the business scales up efficiently, ie leveraging the core IP which this company has to a huge degree. Otherwise why are Google and Amazon joining the party. | brownie69
19/5/2017 07:49 | brownie69 - "We are at the start of an exciting ride here and I'd hate for genuine supports to be scared out by the kind of misunderstanding that Mickymouse has peddled." LOL. I haven't peddled any misunderstanding. Just read the results and made a comment about cash and the spectre of yet another dilutive fundraising. I don't think anybody is going to be scared out of their shareholdings here or anywhere else by my comments, particularly since they have thoroughly done their research and gone through the results with a fine toothcomb. ;) Mostly day traders playing pass the parcel though. :) Aimho. | michaelmouse
19/5/2017 07:40 | What a great update. I do despair on ocassions and Michaelmouse seems to have really missed the opportunity here. We have a company integrated with Google and expecting to add Amazon to the list soon. An existing business with increased distribution in place and proof that its working as recent order levels prove. All for less than a £10m market cap at 25p!! As volumes increase there will always be increases in working capital needed but the bottom line here is that I dont care if the company need more cash (As it happens I dont think they do, £2m in cash and debt facility). The key is what the company do with the cash and LWRF is a classic cae of looking like a company that will reward shareholders by a significant uplift in EPS (earnings per share Michael, something you should look up by the sounds of it). I remember the winging when little GVC (i first bought in at £30m market cap raised cash to buy Sporting bet and then Party Bwin. Dilution they cried. Today GVC is a £2 billion + company and EPS has grown multiple times over. Even on the last deal (Party Bwin) cash raised at 240p and two years later GVC stands at 760p and has begun paying dividends again. We are at the start of an exciting ride here and I'd hate for genuine supports to be scared out by the kind of misunderstanding that Mickymouse has peddled. | brownie69
19/5/2017 07:39 | That and weak holders from the rights issue taking profits but looking forward to the next wave of good news from the company which should push the share price towards 40p. Plenty of time to make larger long term profits. I said the ride would be bumpy from here on up. Just keep it on your watch list. | clocktower
