18/4/2020 00:11 | Boris Ref your ICU experience with Covid -19 where you were looked after for 48 hours by two ICU nursing staff. Again buywell is very happy that you have come back to lead us once again , follow buywells' guidance and history will name you 'Churchill Mk2' buywell trusts you would be happy with such a tag. The rush to acquire new CPAP ventilators using non ventilating face masks or helmets and new intubating type ventilators whilst laudable has an obvious problem. You personally were treated with nasal oxygen at one point , but did you end up on a full face CPAP device ? The rush to acquire new CPAP ventilators using non ventilating face masks or helmets and new intubating type ventilators whilst laudable has an obvious problem. There are 40,000 Registered Nurse vacancies currently This has been a growing problem that Covid -19 has bitten in the @rse and needs urgent attention. Bringing back retired nurses and upgrading student nurses is the only option this time round but you have to agree this issue needs sorting as part of : '' The reconstruction of a new NHS fit for 2021 and beyond '' Of which I will post later with some pointers on what needs doing This link and what nurses are saying simply must be listened to and urgently addressed Staff need to be trained on new ventilators , training is absolutely key in getting the quality of health outcome that a patient needs. read your ardent admirer buywell | buywell3
17/4/2020 12:35 | Well done NobbyDoubt he will learn any lessons though. Every time he has been put back in his box before, he has reverted to making up nasty little lies about DEMG and then getting upset when this prompts people to tell the truth about LIDAny sight of that LID RCT during surgery yet? They have had plenty of goes so surely must have a positive one by now?If it worksMrC | mrc2u

15/4/2020 09:52 | SNG announced yesterday that their Covid-19 inhaled interferon trial has been upgraded to an "Urgent Public Health study" by UK National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). | lithological heterogeneities
15/4/2020 08:40 | >> buywell RCT result? And you still haven't commented on your despicable action of changing a post to make my reply seem inappropriate. You are a disgrace.... | nobbygnome
15/4/2020 08:39 | >> t0pgrader LOL! I have been asking for the RCT data to prove it does work and no-one has provided it. I will wait with baited breath for the company to provide it..... | nobbygnome
15/4/2020 08:36 | POST REMOVED | buywell2
15/4/2020 07:31 | nobby your claim that Lidco “doesn’t work” is an absurdly baseless assertion. I have today written to the company encouraging them to initiate legal action against you. | t0pgrader
14/4/2020 17:08 | To those of you who question Nobbygnome's credibility to be cautious, I can vouch from personal experience of his dogged analytical caution on Immupharma before its fall from grace two years ago. I wish I had taken note earlier. He was so right. | divmad
14/4/2020 06:53 | Morning buywell, good to know you are still around. How about that RCT to show that the LID monitor works in surgery.... And would you like to comment on your stunt when you changed your post to make my reply seem inappropriate? Low of the low but typical of you! | nobbygnome
14/4/2020 02:59 | POST REMOVED | buywell2
13/4/2020 16:39 | LOL have you not read the thread in the last week. LID is so clearly overvalued. Oh and the LID monitor doesn't work in surgery whereas ODM clearly does......unless you can show me a reference from a RCT where it shows a statistically significant result. Buywell failed and subsequently disappeared so perhaps you can provide the answer. I won't hold my breath.... | nobbygnome
