I am not entirely unaware that at least TWO medical-related companies are experiencing a fall in share price.

grupo, the warning in 5357 must be years out of date, because the FSA doesn't exist any more. It was replaced by the FCA.

HOW RECENT IS THIS WARNING

Investor Warning – Potential Scam

It has come to our attention that one or a number of overseas firms have contacted certain individual shareholders of LiDCO Group Plc (“LiDCO”) concerning a proposed offer for their shares which may be false. The shareholder may be told that this is in respect of a takeover bid. Requests are made to shareholders for them to provide certain personal information, shareholding proof, and/or send funds to an escrow account in order to proceed.

LiDCO believe that this contact may be an example of advance fee fraud and/or recovery room fraud. The Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) has warned that it is increasingly common for shareholders to receive unsolicited phone calls or correspondence concerning investment matters. These are typically from overseas based brokers who target UK shareholders. Shareholders are advised to be very wary of any unsolicited advice, offers to transact in shares or offers of free reports into our Company.

Any firm soliciting investments from private individuals in the UK needs to be authorised by the FSA to carry out investment business. The FSA maintains a register of authorised firms on www.fsa.gov.uk/fsaregister.

If, after having checked the FSA website, you are in any doubt as to the action you should take or the legitimacy of any such offer or the request for information, LiDCO advises that you should immediately seek your own independent financial advice from your stockbroker, solicitor, accountant or other appropriate independent financial adviser duly authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (as amended) if you are resident in the United Kingdom or, if not, from another appropriately authorised independent financial adviser. You may also contact, if you so wish, the FSA in the United Kingdom.

Carmat: partnership with AddUp.
Carmat (EU: ALCAR)
Intraday Chart of the Action

Today: Monday 13 November 2017
More charts from the Carmat Stock Exchange
(CercleFinance.com) - Carmat announces the signing of a partnership with AddUp, a joint venture between Michelin and Fives specializing in 3D printing, to help increase Carmat's production capacity for the large-scale manufacturing phase ladder.

Thanks to AddUp's know-how, the company will eventually be able to provide surgeons and patients with a version of its artificial heart that benefits from the technological advantages of 3D printing.

This will include anatomical interfaces optimized for anatomical compatibility, and increased surgical comfort reducing the number of components, thus further securing the assembly of the device.

Have some madeira, m'dear.
Rang out down the hall loud and clear
With a tremulous cry that was filled with despair,
As she fought to take breath in the cool midnight air,
Have some madeira, m'dear.
The words seemed to ring in her ear.
Until the next morning, she woke in her bed
With a smile on her lips and an ache in her head...
And a beard in her lug 'ole that tickled and said:
Have some madeira, m'dear!

(Flanders and Swann. What a fine pair of music-hall gents they were!)

"sever" not "severe" !!!

sever - cut, chop off

severe - serious, extreme

"their sheep's head from it bleating body" --- ??? What what what????

The sheep's BODY can be bleating???

I suppose that the vocal cords are in the throat, so you can cut high and leave the vocal cords in the bit attached to the body... and then you can massage the sheep's chest, sucking air in and blowing it out... and the headless body will go "baaaaaa"

True - it is as if they are patiently waiting for the executioners blade to fall and severe their sheep's head from it bleating body.

If one was shorting Deltex from the mid teens (which I did at one point) it would not be sad at all - in fact it would be positively joyful.

It is sad that I did short it more aggressively and keep rolling them over.

If I shorted Deltex and it then rose like a salmon I would be a little disappointed and if I had a large position it could do as far as to make me sad

That help?

...and zis fantasy about ze hund - it iss most interesting. Vould zese dogs be killing you softly viz zeir song, killing you softly viz zeir song?

Vould it perhaps be more like Billy Ze Joel, ven he famously quoted a frient:

"Oh Bill, I beleef zis iss killing me, as a smile ran away from hiss face"
?

It is almost sad to see deltex at all time lows - it is priced for the bin. Will they not at least attempt to become profitable - I just cannot see how they plan to raise additional funds. It will be the bucket shop draw down next with hideous dilution.
