BigT20,

I heard a rumour, and it was only a rumour mind you, from someone who was at the football ground, that there was A MATCH between a Derby-based football club and a Sheffield-based football club.

I also heard that a Sheffield player was sent off within the first few minutes. Oh dear, naughty naughty.

I also heard that Derby won the game. I'm sure you'll join with me in celebrating this entirely predictable event.

Strange price action this morning, late reported trades, is something afoot?

Thank you, bypooh. That means the equivalent loss for the full year would be double, i.e. 0.84p, so one could apply the same P/E and get minus 16.8p per share.

The loss per share is in setting up the Nth American operation, we need to wait for them to bring home the bacon!!

You misunderestimate their efforts. That was for the half year. DEMG also managed the same feat at 0.4 rounded tenths of a penny, but, and a big but, DEMG pipped them at the post for losses by a cool £100k.

"Loss per share 0.42p"

Those are cold and frosty words which strike a chill into the very marrow of an investor's bones.

On a P/E of 20 (surely a minimum for any ambitious and growing company) that puts a reasonable share price at around minus 8.4p.

Arf Dysg I did say a while back on this very thread it seemed like a p&d, and where's gillyweed when you need him.

Oh dear, it is but a short distance from the dizzy delirious heights of 10p/share to the deep depressing valley of despair which lies below 6p/share.

Oh dear me, I could make more on a market stall than LID make on U.S. sales, perhaps they should rename it H.DOWN!

Thank you willib... I notice you carefully don't give a hint of the idea of the possibility that LidCo shareholders might be .. hush .. a little damp ... maybe?

Haha, In place of a dividend Deltex giving free handout of gillyweed to all shareholders

Never mind Bulweed, what about gillyweed? Gillyweed is the stuff Harry Potter ate to give him gills so that he could breathe underwater.

This would be extremely useful in case any shareholders happen to be underwater.

The H.U.P doesn't seem to be doing anything for the sp, perhaps we need Bulweed posting again, or is he only available if the share price ever rises?
