Your right but until this company gives us the 'right kind of news'i can't see a rerate to double digits..
We are lucky that they have this much cash available but there's been nothing for the past year...
(Talking about this acquisition they keep going on about)

Bet there's a lot of folks sat on sidelines just waiting for the company next operation rns...

15p seems too optimistic but if we get the right kind of news.. piece of cake.one has to look at the assets and market cap/potential not where the share price is now.. its undervalued and once we get the right type of news the share price will correct itself

This is why i keep saying its very low risk as far as AIM is concerned.. they will not carry on spending on the asset.. if well 7 is a failure they will probably give up but it would mean we still have circa $21m in cash and an asset would be imminent as we know these things take time sometimes upto or over a Year but we know they have been looking for an asset for several months now.. so this is our backup plan.. although i still believe well 7 is a success if thats the case then we will have 2 assets fingers crossed..at the current share price you cant go wrong.. obviously there is rik in every investment even ftse stocks.. but as far as aim is concerned its one of the dafest bets out there imo

As i said before if they were going to cancel they would have already...we only knew about the presentation at the beginning of this week was it? so they would have already known if well 7 is not a success and proactive investors would not have published it as they would have cancelled it .. wiseacre i agree... but i think its got to do with an acquisition.. if so... and its a good deal then i think the share price will be in double digits even if they give up on the current asset..

An obvious conclusion, accept that they did the same thing before the water discovery and cancelled the presentation.

The company wouldn't be presenting on 25 September if it did not have something to say. My guess is that there will bee an RNS before then

I thought they were cautious with how they spent the money. I don't think they're going to waste it. They've been hanging to it for nearly 2 yrs now. I think a fair share price is 8p as 6p cash and 2p for equity. I cannot understand why anyone could be selling at these rediculously low price!

why wonder? just take this opportunity to buy more on the cheap. The fundamentals stack up and at these prices the risk is minimal imo if one is willing to wait if needs be.

trade the cash is probably about 6p a share plus the gas asset as you say

it is not unusual for companies like LEN to be valued at a discount to cash, if it is perceived that the cash will be wasted on a bad asset

They have 25m USD cashback 15mGBP. That's nearly double the market cap only in cash plus the assets of course. How is this even possible?!

Its not a case of holding back news there must be a valid reason one could argue the point and say if it was bad news they would let us know and abandon the well im sure he would not be that stupid to hold back bad news as he did with well 6 im sure pa has learnt his lesson i remain confident that well 7 will be a success they have 3 zones to test they would really have to be unlucky to get no commercial on all 3 zones

He mentioned 15p as short term target, that's a couple of months ago.He might be ultra cautious now with announcements after what's gone before

Egg on face if he doesn't have something to get the share price to double digits...

Must be some new announcement, it would be fairly embarrassing if they turn up and drone on about the same old prospects. I have a feeling well 7 is not a success but they may announce a JV, aquisition or spud of well 8 maybe to get more.investment. is anyone planning to attend?

I don't know if P/A is presenting at Proactive or not, if he is I hope he is open and frank about the state of play here, we need some news to keep the slight rises intact.

We have been pumped and dumped here again today. As RTC said, big volume is key for sustained growth and for that we need news.

you can tell by the volume!

we need a good operations rns from the company to really kick start a recovery.
