The fall has been caused by quarter day settlement and a roll over of bets today - Those forced to close and pay up for their losses who were mugged off last week by the talk of an NHS deal to be discussed at Zaks cafe, and paid .22p are feeling pretty sore right now with a near 50% loss.

Could they be MM to MM deals?

nocky44 - I fully agree with you regarding The Edge being rolled out to other NHS trusts.

Guy's and St.Thomas's is one of if not the biggest NHS trust in the UK.

When VS's technology is seen to be working there and saving the trust many millions, it's only a matter of time before the other trusts take it on.

I very much doubt Osborne will specifically mention NHS trust savings in the perspective of VS's technology, but you never know.

We are due Bosques news any day now, and if that is as positive as hoped for, an announcement or two re VS will then finally propel LEG stock sharply higher.

All imho and DYOR.

There are some sensible posters here and there are a few numpties. Still, keeps us amused so long as we do not take them seriously. Osborne mentioning VS in his budget! Is that poster still in junior school? Lol

copied from Virtual Stock site, in my opinion, once The Edge is fully implemented, it will just be a case of rolling it out to the rest of The NHS, the last sentence points towards this in my opinion

We are working with the NHS’ largest teaching hospital to transform their Purchase To Pay process, delivering control, compliance and an optimised catalogue.

The first phase will enrol the catalogues and prices of their largest suppliers, which will cover around 60% of their consumables spend. This will be followed by enrolling the long tail of smaller suppliers, allowing them to make their full ranges available.

Requisitioners and category managers will have rich product data, price transparency and product availability information at their finger tips so that they can make the best purchasing decisions.

The second phase will be to open up the platform for order management, which will give all stakeholders end to end visibility of the supply chain, order status and procurement performance.

However, once suppliers have loaded their catalogues these can then be exposed to any other NHS Trust that they supply or indeed want to supply. And any NHS Trust can discover new suppliers.

Not a chance. Osborne would be barred from mentioning specific companies in any case. He could though announce funding for VS's technology to assist the NHS.

I don't think we are long from some sort of positive announcement.

Moonpig.com founder purchases stake in Virtualstock Holdings Ltd
at a Valuation of £58 million

Legendary is pleased to announce that Nick Jenkins, founder of Moonpig.com and angel investor has purchased a small stake in Virtualstock Holdings Limited ("VS") at a valuation of £58 million from two of the founders of VS. The transaction is structured such that should VS issue shares at a valuation lower than an agreed premium to the £58m valuation or fail to reach certain long term targets, the selling founders shall have to compensate Mr Jenkins by transferring to him further shares. The selling founders and their families continue to hold 25% plus of VS each and remain fully commited to the business.

The valuation reflects the significant progress that VS has made since the April 2014 valuation of £25 million, and its continuing substantial potential. It places a value of just over £4 million on Legendary's stake.

Nick Jenkins, Angel Investor, said:

"I am delighted to be a shareholder in Virtualstock and in particular, I am extremely excited about the enormous cost saving potential this groundbreaking technology will bring to the NHS."

Andrew Mills, Chief Executive Officer of VS, said:

"We are delighted to have Nick Jenkins as a shareholder, and welcome his experience and expertise in taking Virtualstock to the next stage of its development."

Zafar Karim, Executive Chairman of Legendary said:

"We are delighted that Nick Jenkins has taken a stake in Virtualstock. Nick is an established angel investor and has significant experience in the technology sector having founded, grown and sold Moonpig.com. His network and experience in building disruptive business models will be invaluable to Virtualstock. We welcome having him as a fellow shareholder".

Osborne is desperate to kick start the economy. Small and medium enterprises are the future.

VS is still a "small" company.
LEG have a very good portfolio, holding VS amongst others.

It is possible that Osborne may pull something out of the hat tomorrow in the Budget regarding government spending with smaller companies.

VS, and by connection, LEG, could be major beneficiaries.

I hope those that wanted shares bought in today because this will start motoring up tomorrow with double digit gains !!!!

0.145p was another higher low on our chart and we are still in a GOLDEN CROSS (100 dma above the 200 dma) .

We closed on a white candle today for the first time in 5 sessions and this tells me that the BULLS have taken over from the Bears .

The macd will turn positive tomorrow and the rsi has bounced nicely and is in positive territory.

Momentum is building in the background and I'm expecting decent volume tomorrow as the traders step in with everyone else.

There will be a strong open because the longer you leave it now - the more you will be paying and that's a fact . Infact I would be surprised if there wasn't a feeding frenzy for this stock by the end of the week .

We will reach a new higher high (closing price 0.17p) and we will probably go up a lot more than that as well .

0.22p is our highest price and I'm looking for a strong move above it to be honest , 0.27p or 0.38p !!!!!

No wonder the trolls were out today , tomorrow they will have soggy milk flakes for breakfast and a big piece of humble pie for dessert (Pmsl) .
