The market makers want 0.15p for a tiny amount of shares now . All the traders that sold millions will have to pay a lot more than 0.15p especially as buyers start returning .

TRADERS BETTER START BUYING BEFORE THE RUSH !!!!!!

Getting ready for a huge transformational announcement :-

VS hires Cubitt as corporate communications advisor to assist while it grows and expands

I cannot see any reason to think it's a "classic pump and dump" when you read recent RNS's.

The facts are there regarding the asset value, which is currently around 0.25p and just awaiting further revaluations on VS for a start.

I think the consensus here is that the stock should be trading around 0.5p given that VS is going to be re-rated sharply higher, Bosques is performing well and our other assets are okay.

A read through of the last set of results I think is enough to rate these a very strong buy.

Still can't decide whether this is your classic pump and dump share.

Professor, it would make sense for you to buy some more before the rise.

I know very little about charts, but a friend of mine has 0.23p as "resistance", and breaking that on the close for 3 days would suggest a move to 0.28p.

Happy to be proved wrong though.

All the traders that sold will be watching their screens very very closely . As soon as one person buys and the price goes up , they will all steam in creating a snowball effect . I would love to get a rns so it catches them all out (lol) . Personally I would not want to be out of this stock for a second because news must be close .

Bit Coin , it's to do with the past price action - you will have to wait and see if I'm proved right I'm afraid .

Just keep these predictions to hand and come back to me in the near future , here are the precise numbers for you 0.213p , 0.278p and 0.381p .

The last higher low was 0.13p btw

Cheers

I can't see any factors within the chart to suggest a rapid move to .2 or more in this coming week.....would it be possible to post your reasoning behind the posts that you have made to suggest this?

Ps, I too sold out at .18 last week because I thought the sudden rise was all based upon HOPE that VS would be about to announce a contract win, clearly it didn't happen and I was vindicated. I will buy back if the ask drops to 13 or below and believe this is a marvellous traders share now that the range is established at .12 to .20.....,,, hopefully if contract news arrives it will be well known in advance

Guys if Zaf exercised his option at .2p I would be mega surprised, it's more likely he will wait until it's at around 1p or something in that area for a massive pay day and also shows he has confidence in what he is doing and where the company is going. Then when he does he would be able to sell some straight away and cover his costs of what he had to pay for the shares at .2p without harming the share price too much, it's in his benefit to do it this way so his other shares keep their value (de-risking).

A top hint for us that we have a potential take over in the future would be if he exercised the option at a premium (we have already gone over .2p so he can buy them at any time)as he can't buy shares in the company whilst take over talks are in progress any sniff of someone lurking and he'll exercise his option.

I must just ask though RTW - are 0.21, 0.27 and 0.38 indicative of chart positions?

For the record , I'm expecting a closing price of 0.21p , 0.27p or 0.38p sooner rather than later !!!

Soupdragon55 - yes, I fully take your point there re when the options will be taken up.

Zaf obviously will want to maximise shareholder value, because it's in his interests too.

These are exciting times. What a ride.

At the end of the day, Soupdragon55, RTW and PP will be in profit big time.

So will all other LEG holders I hasten to add!

PP, I have no quibbles re. the share price.

Just difference of opinion on when the options will be taken up. But that is minor as you say.

Enjoy the weekend.

19/8/15 rns

the year end, creditors falling due within one year fell to £50,000 (2014: £199,000). This was primarily due to Legendary paying back a short term loan of US$250,000 (as noted above).

It was with the same company and for the same amount .

Not taking sides here, but I do agree with RTW that the share price will be above 0.2p this week, and way above that within a few months.

I think the subject of the loan, £250k, is piffling really to be arguing about.

Both of you have differing views, but if that's the worse thing that befalls LEG in the months to come then I'm quite happy to be holding and accumulating stock here.

It's the bigger picture that counts going forward.

PP, I agree.

Soupdragon55 - yes there will be extra equity issued if Zaf takes up the options, but also he is not required to exercise those when the stock hits 0.2p bang on (he could have done that this week because it did hit that level).

As I said earlier, the profit on our VS holding alone dwarfs the £250k anyway.

It's a win-win situation going forward though. I don't think there many companies in the fortunate position such as this to be worrying about such a small amount, and the big cheese being responsible for it!

19th May 2014, LEG raised £900,000 in a placing saying it was for investments and working capital.

August 2014, LEG re-paid £250,000 loan

Coincidence?
