Also RTW, Why do you keep trying to guess when news will come? You got 4th March wrong.

One last thing , why did Lord Carter recommend that every single NHS trust should use VIRTUALSTOCK the edge as best practice if it wasn't getting rolled out country wide ??

It might be a big if , but it's a very realistic if !!!

Why would VS attract a CEO who grew sales from 1-4 billion (within a year) from Samsung otherwise ?? Why would the x NHS director of PROCURMENT join VS if he didn't think that VS will revolutionise the NHS ? Why would Nick Jenkins who is worth more than 40m take a 2-3% stake in VS ??

If VS gets the country wide contract for the NHS and then lists , they could very easily reach unicorn status especially with P/E .

VERY STRONG BUY - new VS valuation due from Friday (April) .

Ah, sorry Soupdragon55. Yes, of course. Got carried away there, we have 7% not 100.

Still, one can dream! Did you not think the share price action was strange today? Trash the bid down on a measly 1m sale, but keep the ask at 0.16p on a 3,500,000 buy?

I think the MM's know something and they want to frighten nervous holders out and get some cheap stock in anticipation of impending news.

PP 'if' VS was a unicorn was what RTW meant. LEGs 7% would equate to 2p nav. And it's a very big 'if'

RTW1 - if we become a "unicorn" with an mcap of $1bn, that equates at current exchange rates to around £600m give or take a bundle of notes.

You stated a 2p share price if that were the case, but 2p would actually value us at £48m. Did you mean to say 20p?

Yajnas,

Watch the videos on YouTube , our ceo wouldn't be surprised if VS became a unicorn company ($1b market cap) . That would make LEG worth just under 2p and that's not including any of our other investments .

Bosques is on the books for 83,000 and was valued at 2.1m in 2013 . I think that our 40% stake must be worth at least 5m right now . By next May there's a strong possibility that it will become a listed company .

KERCHING !!!!

Yes you are correct about us being undervalued whilst waiting for transformational news that will re- rate us .

can anyone shed light on potential valuation... been curious about this for a bit... some seem to suggest 0.25p and some talking of up to 16p !!!

probably the most reasoned one came out at 0.75p?

just been trawling back through posts and websites for a laugh

my understanding is virtual stock has progressed beyond our last update and this could cause a revaluation - is that correct?

Legendary Investments (LEG): Above 0.15p Targets 0.25p

Legendary Investments has all the characteristics of a penny stock which could be set to offer a decent return in difficult markets; but of course it is always the case that the exact timing in terms of getting on board here at the ideal moment is problematic. However, my suggestion is that it would appear that the time could be ripe from a technical perspective as it finally looks as though the shares are ready to break out after an extended period of consolidation. The reason for the relative optimism at this time is the company’s Virtualstock, something in which Legendary Investments has a stake. This supply chain management software could offer large organisations such as the NHS significant cost savings, and therefore offers decent upside potential, once the market cottons on to what is going on here. In the meantime from a technical perspective it can be seen how we have a slow burn recovery, one which has been in place for well over a year, and largely consists of a dance/basing process either side of the 200 day moving average now at 0.09p. The charting issue is that we are waiting on a weekly close above the main 2014/15 resistance at 0.15p. This may still take a while to materialise. But once the log jam of resistance has been cleared…

Public sector = NHS

In May 2014, Virtualstock was accepted on the UK Government’s G-Cloud 5 Framework program. G-Cloud 5 provides public sector bodies with an innovative, cheaper and faster way to access and purchase government-approved IT products and services. By being accepted on G-Cloud 5, Virtualstock is now able to provide its services to public sector organisations.

In the short space of time since Legendary’s investment into Virtualstock, Legendary has assisted Virtualstock to have its solution become adopted by some of the largest private sector organisations. Virtualstock is well on its way to becoming an industry standard inventory, supply and logistics value chain and data management utility. Legendary continues to proactively assist Virtualstock’s management.

All looking very suspect to me. Firstly the MM's trash the bid on a piffling 1m sale back to 0.13p, but they hold the ask at 0.16p, which looks like they want to deter any buyers.

I'm now wondering whether they know news is about to break.

MM's are a shrewd crowd, that's for sure.
