I would imagine the 9.4/10m trades are a single person transferring shares between accounts. I've had to do the same before in order to transfer some shares into an ISA. The difference in size accounts for the broker's fees. This would also explain the small spread between the two prices. That's exactly how Barclays dealt with my transfer.

The timing is also consistent with someone wanting to make the most of their 2015-2016 ISA allowance before the new tax year starts in a few days time. My ISA is already maxxed out with LEG for this year but I'll probably add a few more if the price dips down after 1st April.

Very interesting, two late reported trades. A 9.4m buy and a 10m sell which the MM's paid full bid for.

Momentum is building here, and increasing volume is a bullish sign.

I'm pretty confident that "The Edge" will be rolled out to more NHS trusts, as per the portal added to the VirtualStock web site. I imagine the roll out will be a gradual one rather than 'big bang' - and that bodes well for multiple well-spaced RNS announcements over the next 12 months.

I was also enthused by the 2 new retail contracts (regardless of whether or not they get named - the NOMAD would have needed to have seen evidence to back up the the 'household name' claim made in RNS by Legendary in order to sign off the RNS so I'm happy with that). These 2 new retail contracts reassure us that VS haven't gone "all in on red" and put all their eggs in the NHS basket and are continuing with their 'bread and butter' Retail vertical.

I work in the IT systems and Software industry and VirtualStock is my main reason for being a long term holder here. Bosques looks good too but that's a medium to long term play rather than something I feel will impact the LEG share price on a near term basis.

Fully agree godolphin. I think VS and by implication "The Edge" will succeed anyway and be fully implemented within the NHS after what will be seen at Guys and St.Thomas's.

Certainly there appears to be a good amount of interest here today, but the buying seen today will be nothing when VS are revalued.

That will be just the start imho.

I'm busy at the moment but later on I will post my research that will confirm he is talking about VS (I need to scroll through all of my posts which will take a bit of time) .The article/link I just posted was from Andrew Mills (Virtualstocks CEO and I don't think he would lie) .

Tesco got announced late as well , so I definitely think that the 2 household names will be announced when the time is right but always DYOR !!!

Kaerus - I doubt if Lord Carter is going to recommend a specific commercial product, that would look like some sort of corruption. He just described what is needed and commercial vendors like VS will have to do the selling based on what they've done for Guy's and St Thomas'.

I'm an optimistic, bullish long term holder here so please don't snap at me when I make the following suggestions ...

1. The "2 household names" may not be revealed in an RNS - it might be that the clients don't wish to be named. This is certainly quite common practice in other sectors when listed companies win a contract. I'd not be alarmed if we don't find out.

2. I can't find any direct quotes from Lord Carter mentions VirtualStock or "The Edge" by name. He refers to improvements that are required and those can be satisfied by 'The Edge'. The closest I can find are articles written by VirtualStock themselves which reference the Lord Carter report to explain how The Edge is being trialled in order to satisfy the requirements. There may be direct quotes somewhere from Lord Carter himself that specifically name VirtualStock or The Edge but I can't find them online with any searches I do. Paraphrasing can be a little misleading - so I urge caution there, in the nicest possible way - in order that posters on here retain full credibility.

This is not me being negative. I'm fully on-side here and have no short term selling intention but by all means be rude and do some name calling or bite my head off like you do with some other posters who ask valid questions.

the reason I said March is because our ceo said updateS in the video (within 3 months) . We got one in Feb and we still are due one with the 2 household names . I was going by what he was saying so don't blame me because it didn't come you FOOL !!!!

In April they gave us the valuation of 25m and we got updated in October when it increased to 58m . It would seem that we get updated every 6 months when there's something to say and we know that Octobers valuation is outdated . So make your own minds up !!!!

Bit coin , learn to read properly because I said FROM the 1st of April .

I believe news will come in 2nd quarter via normal reporting rules...........probably not a good idea to suggest news is due 1st April
