Morning Curry.
I believe that they need a placing to pay back the loan due next month. Without a broker that's going to be tricky to say the least.

An "interesting" outfit !

Never mind those "trances",their whole pitch is surreal.
One can invest as little as £25 (they must be desperate) and investors are liberally given free tokens which CfA project will be worth £1 down the line.

"In order to study the tokenomics of the ANGEL token an agent based modelling was employed. The agent based model allows an exploration of the interaction of the different parameters down to individual events, and the explicit modelling of variance induced by exogenous factors. Therefore, it is a robust way of forecasting the future value of the Angel Token."

Well worth following this CfA story,along with that of IBS.

"Crowd bonds will typically have a maturity of between 1-5 years but may be for longer. You may have no rights or be unable to cash them in early or sell them at any price as they are unlikely to be sold or dealt with on any investment exchange or public market and there will be no secondary market for them."

Well I have to admit I thought my PANR would fly on the discvery of 60+ft of net pay just where they expected to find it with logs that look ‘great’.

Dark forces at work, spivs holding the price back to accumulate cheap stock, can’t buy but can sell millions...and it’s raining.

Oh well, spring is in the air.
