seems that Zaf was lucky he hadn't placed any shares recently;

Beaufort

Kibo Mining was among the worst hit of the broker’s clients. It told the stock market it has not yet received £750,000 in proceeds from a share placement.

I'm expecting another broker note from Beaufort Securities.
We are getting to the stage where I think they will up their target price to 1p.

Which Nomad will take on LEG and Karim with his Web of deceit and lies? I personally hope the firm is delisted. Sorry to all genuine Leg holders but its time this fraud was put to bed once and for all. Karim has one month to find a new nomad. Let's see what's happening "behind the scenes" now

Happy Birthday David !
Remember Last Year ?

Professor Pettigrew (XTR) 2 Mar '17 - 12:12
Well, here we are at Rules, Covent Garden with some old business chums and former City colleagues.
And yes, XTR has been bought up in conversation.
One chap is looking now on his laptop and will probably be placing a buy order for in excess of 30m shares a little later.
So, watch out for it.

Professor Pettigrew (XTR) 2 Mar '17 - 13:02
We are having a wonderful lunch, washed down with plenty of fine wine.
My friend, Eric, will be making his purchase a little later.

Professor Pettigrew (XTR) 2 Mar '17 - 13:27
Well done Eric.
25m is a perfectly good start.
There are three others here with me, two are expressing an interest in a modest way.
If they decide to buy some, I'll post the details here before they hit the buy button.

Professor Pettigrew (XTR) 2 Mar '17 - 13:36
Righto.
Two of my chums, Redvers and Bertie, have decided to make modest investments in XTR based on my advice and Eric's 25m buy.
Redvers is going to buy 2,669,000
Bertie is going to buy 1,457,000
They've both gone to the bathroom, and I expect them to enact the purchases on their return.

Professor Pettigrew (XTR) 2 Mar '17 - 13:41
Well done to Redvers and Bertie.
With Eric's 25m that's 29m shares in XTR purchased by my shrewd chums this lunchtime.

Professor Pettigrew (XTR) 2 Mar '17 - 13:42
I'm off to the underground for the journey back to Surrey.

Professor Pettigrew (XTR) 2 Mar '17 - 13:57
There's the tick-up for all the toads here to suck on.
Jolly well done Redvers, Bertie and Eric.
I'm off down the tube, then BR to delightful Surrey.
Catch you all tomorrow fans.

Reading about beauforts, they seem to be accused of all sorts of skullduggery over a sustained period of time.

Both them and the companies they act for will be under investigation, over dodgy loans for example, and some of those companies will struggle to appoint a new nomad in time to prevent a delisting. In this litigous and compliant age, no nomad will take any risk.

There is a serious danger this share will delist in a month, imo. I would be very careful about investing here, and I suspect there will be a wave of selling if the company approaches the deadline without a new nomad, especially as a fund raise is a virtual certainty in the short term, if and when they find someone to take them on as a nomad.
