IBS Corp named director Andrew John Mackay updated his registration as a financial services provider in October last year, but the only company he names is Aspire Insurance Advisors. Nothing about IBS.

PP, it would have to be RNS'd as it has a material effect on the company.

They haven't been granted the license yet as all registered financial institutions in NZ are on a public list. IBS do not appear on that list. See the New Zealand Companies Register FSPR.

The one good thing about NZ is that they are more transparent than the UK so its easy to see whats happening, or whats not happening.

I'm beginning to wonder, is a successful licence grant to IBS actually RNSable?

It's been stated that a value of $10m has been put on it, and we have it as £845,000 in the books already, and it has investors on board, so maybe the licence has already been granted and they are up and running.

Remember it was back last August we took a 11.7% stake, and the RNS then stated that the licences and permissions had been applied for, and it would take around 3 months or so.

It is now five, so quite possibly they have been granted but Zaf doesn't feel the need to RNS it.

Still expecting one this week though on either VS or another of our holdings.

Bought 1 share this morning. Its important to have a balanced portfolio. It will go nicely with the other share I bought last year.
