The 1.8m and the 1.7m were SELLS.

Just saying like.

p.s. the 1 trade was a buy.

A rather damp good morning to all genuine LEG holders.
Grim weather now - but a very bright outlook here going forward.

It's a world beater Gotto - and unique. Despite the idiots on the other thread trying to constantly talk it all down, they know as well as we do what is in store for LEG.

Typical of them, they are probably loading up quietly here ready for the dramatic move up in the share price eventually.

Thanks Gotto - I reckon we're in for an RNS this week, have a very strong feeling about it.

It's the way things have been falling into place over at VS for a start, and we are overdue IBS licence news also.

Hi Belt,

Soup is correct. If you look at the RNS the salient bit is "......will be paid for through the issuance of....."

ie - LEG now own 9.7% in return for new shares issued to CfA.

Interestingly, since their incorporation into the share amount, there hasn't been a welter of selling, CfA obviously view these shares as strategic investments for the future. If they need to raise any cash, certainly they will be selling some, the same as any retail investor does, but it's very encouraging to see that so far they seem to have either sold none, or very very little. They may be tempted to offload some when the share price rises above the 0.15p level, but a rise in the share price would be because of positive news, so their directors may hang fire given the positive forward prospects for LEG.

As the RNS goes on to state, we now have investments in pure tech (VS), a banking platform (IBS), and fintech (CfA).

With the interest in Manas now swapped for a potential very large oil find (and Brent nudging $70 per barrel now), Zaf has positioned LEG very nicely going forward.

All we await now is IBS licence news, VS contracts, and the successful completion of the crypto liquid bond from CfA.

And to think that the mcap is STILL under £4m.

Markets sometimes get it seriously wrong.

Looks as though the companies that are increasing their online sales, are the ones embracing omnichannel and dropship technology applications, such as "The Edge".

Well worth red-ticking imo.

Soup

I know the share certificates are 0.1p each.

What about we leave it at that and call it quits? As far as I can see you are quite a knowledgable poster.
