03/1/2018 19:29 | Good to see my TERN doing well today ! | chinese investor
03/1/2018 18:56 | It's highly unlikely that VS will be doing business with them, but very encouraging to see that the improvement in the NEXT retail figures, was almost solely down to a large increase in online purchases. That's the way things are going, and that's why VS will be announcing many retail contracts this year. Don't be fooled by the mundane share performance here. The undervaluation of LEG has just increased another notch. | professor pettigrew
03/1/2018 18:36 | Do we have to wait till the bid is 0.1p to have the party or is it the mid? | bionicdog
03/1/2018 18:06 | .010 party on the horizon. Deep gloom amongst the funsters. | maxk
03/1/2018 16:09 | I take it they're still working your order paleje? | soupdragon55
03/1/2018 15:46 | Could be that, soupdragon, not affecting other trades via HFX though. Weird. They lost the commission anyway:) | paleje
03/1/2018 15:32 | paleje, I don't think that LEG need to do anything I think its HFX who are wrong. Key Investor Documents are required for Investment Funds not individual companies. If you go on HL and look at a typical Fund, you'll see the KID sheet link. This isn't the case for shares. "Under Priips, investment trusts and ETFs now have to provide a three-page ‘key information document’ (KID) to retail investors. " | soupdragon55
03/1/2018 15:29 | Yep got it thanks, new European regs I use HL too. Still, slack of zaf though. | paleje
03/1/2018 15:25 | I used Hargreaves | mickluv1
03/1/2018 15:25 | Just bought another 3M at 11.9 | mickluv1
03/1/2018 15:08 | Sounds like a HFX issue, Hargreaves are fine. | soupdragon55
03/1/2018 15:05 | Anybody having trouble trading LEG? HFX just refused me, said we no longer trade in this stock, I asked them why "Thomas: Due to new regulations that have come into place today we are required to have a Key Investor Document, we have not received one from the company so until they provide it we can not offer the company, we have been chasing the company but have not had a response at this time." | paleje
03/1/2018 14:45 | Back to below 0.12p to buy, looks like CfA selling their new shares. Also expect a placing before April to cover the loan repayment. Perhaps they could sell their stake in IBS instead of diluting shareholders. | soupdragon55

03/1/2018 10:07 | Hi Sam, my understanding is that the other 3 companies were set up as sub divisions to firstly protect the name and then to be available as the company expands. Yes our holding is in VS Limited. | gbenson1
03/1/2018 09:52 | Can someone help me? There are 4 companies filed on the companies house wesbsite that all have Virtualstock in their title:- 1 Virtualstock Limited 05078942 2 Virtualstock Holdings Ltd 3 Virtualstock Retail Limited 08232200 4 Virtualstock Holdings Limited 05412723 My understanding is:- 1 has only a handful (1056) of shares issued 2 doesnt appear to be trading 3 only 1 share issued 4 has 6,605,933 shares in circulation of which LEG holds 474,414 Therefore surely LEG's only interest is in the latter? Genuine question, not point-scoring or de-ramping. Sam 🍉 | sam the man1

03/1/2018 09:21 | raining heavily in Reading. | professor knobhead
03/1/2018 08:45 | VS were around the £66m mark at the time of the JL contract win. NotionCapital then took a stake, and additional trusts were won, along with an expansion into Curry's PC World (not RNS'd) In addition, VS have since then been on a recruiting drive in key areas. My view of this is that they are preparing for not only further contracts, both retail and NHS, but are branching into other areas, possibly their intention to "expand overseas". Throw in the intended IPO also. VS is, of course, the main driver of LEG at the moment, but it must be remembered it's not the only string to the bow. We are awaiting IBS news, and the CFA tie-up recently, along with the move into oil could all be very profitable indeed. Beaufort's 0.7p LEG target is based on the current £66m valuation for VS, their reckoning is we are at least 20% undervalued on all the facts known at the moment. So further contracts for VS and news on our other interests will drive the LEG price exponentially going forward. | professor pettigrew
