The financials for VS ltd have also now been uploaded, these usually have a bit more in them than the ones for VSHL.

As I've been saying all along, VS are struggling to monetize their offering.

I have downgraded my value of vs from 3 pounds and 8 pence, to a pfennig and 2 shirt buttons.

VS Holdings financials can be viewed now. Don't get too excited.Nothing showing for VS Retail yet.

Thanks for the clarification Lend, I was just hoping that maybe VS would have leaped forward! Let's see what they say once we can get to them, I am excited to see :-)

I think the rules are:

For financial years that begin on or after 1 January 2016
Your company may qualify for an audit exemption if it has at least 2 of the following:

an annual turnover of no more than £10.2 million
assets worth no more than £5.1 million
50 or fewer employees on average

Just got an email from companies house for VS

Accounts for a small company made up to 31 March 2017
This document is being processed and will be available in 5 days

Its usually quicker than 5 days so we may be able to read these this week!
