People seem to be missing a few things.
If the share price rises, it seems that there are plenty of warrants tied to the directors at 0.2 and 0.35p ? So as soon as it rises above 0.2 the BOD are rubbing their hands together with their personal holdings of the LEG investments protected from dilution and in addition to the warrants and salary etc.
2) This firm has Zero income and cash burn over 200k p/a who is going to pay for the cash burn ?

Notion VC conducted DD and parted with £4m for a similar sized shareholding so must be something in it!

Thanks Phil, the best part is its working and positivity is spreading. These contracts are huge and my guess would be moving into Healthcare as part of the US strategy. I found this on IBM as well which may have been unearthed yesterday.

Interesting article pt103.

I can certainly recognise these statements from my own experience, absolutely staggering quantities of waste occurs......and don't get me started on the Pharmaceutical Companies charging practices!!!

According to Knott, in one UK hospital in 2012, £800,000 of expired products were found across wards. This included around £40,000 of orthodontics products that had been purchased seven years beforehand.

“Some of the most advanced hospitals – which at least have systems to track waste – believe that around 10-12% of what they purchase goes to waste. Interestingly, the Department of Health identified that hospitals were purchasing drugs twice per day, yet they had several weeks’ worth of stock of the same drugs on the hospital shelves.”

In summary the issue with IBS is as follows.

IBS was set up by Kenina Court (Pathfinder Solutions) on behalf of Zaf.

Kenina then transferred 37% shares to Zaf, so in conjunction with LEG he holds 49%

Zaf issues an RNS saying 'further investors have taken up equity in IBS,' at a value of $10m

That new equity is actually Kenina Court (Pathfinder Solutions) having set up a new company purely to own another portion of IBS.

Basically pumping their own stock as there is no new investors or independent valuation.

Its like putting your house on the market and bidding for it yourself to ensure others pay a higher price.

PP, unfortunately such a valuation won’t happen unless Zaf acts in a professional manner.

He is more keen to feather his own nest than act in the best interests of shareholders here.

His last announcement on IBS was as close to fraudulent as you can get whilst remaining legal and that has gained him a bad reputation amongst certain city folk who were looking.

david will poo poo the above saying he doesn't mind Zaf also making money...

Well, I take your point soup, but I really can't see what the fuss is about with IBS.

I'm quite happy for LEG to hold a nice 11% or so. We haven't had the licences and permissions news yet, but let's see how it all pans out.

Off to London soon, a good day to all genuine LEGGIE's.
