As Michaels points out, that article is actually extremely negative for vs.

Its basically saying its not being that effective, so they have gone to IBM consulting to try and make it more so. After all this time, and its still in the development stage.

Great find, I could see IBM buying VS if this partnership works well. Fortune 500 company linking with VS is huge. The doors just keep opening now how about IBS and a certain licence....

Would be really interesting to see the contract agreement between LEG and VS, ie did it include any third party ip rights or future sell on clauses? Whilst this IBM News "maybe" great for LEG shareholders short term, because of the nature of VS business their now a potential takeover target.

Nice to see VS working with IBM (UK) they truly are a global company, just need to make that leap across to IBM (US), or IBM could take VS in-house, better to do it now then 1-2 years down the road when VS have a massive income stream. VS really are sending out all the right noises.
