Continued drop here seems strange, under normal circumstances would suggest a placing is being planned but they raised £1m in May.

Have insiders got wind of a further cash raise, is the company looking to make a significant investment for example? why was the results share price uplift sold into so quickly?

Approaching a 5 month low, either for a reason or is it an opportunity?

Beaufort obviously liked what they saw at VS, pity they can't give more detail on the 2 retail contracts or indeed the current position with NHS contracts. Pity that none of the other investments are making such gains. but at least they cleared out the worst underperformers!

Legendary continues to trade at a discount to Beaufort's estimated 'sum-of-parts'. With relatively near-term potential to create significant additional investor value, Beaufort repeats its Speculative Buy recommendation on the shares and confirms a target price to 0.5p/share.

In Decembers interim report it will be from March 16 - September 16 .

Same as last years (6 months) .

VS traditionally publish their accounts around January for year end. Last published accounts were for March 2015 so would expect year end accounts up to March 2016 to be published by January 2017.

I think the market has been a tad harsh on Leg because of the VS Valuation.

Admitted the profit is wholly attributable and is based upon the NJ share purchase valuation but when you think that a reputable broker(Beaufort) has valued VS far above £58 million I don't think it is altogether out of court!

I suppose the only way to find out the veracity of the valuation is to get a few bids???

Only mugs get emotional and panic sell . At least this gets rid of all of the weak holders . We will have a rock solid base to build from soon with everyone holding for their pay day . Anyone who listens to the bashers deserves to lose every single penny IMHO .

Havnt sold a single share , I'm long and strong all of the way despite what the share price is . I have 100% faith in my own research and thats why I've got no problem holding .

Moonpig.com founder purchases stake in Virtualstock Holdings Ltd
 at a Valuation of £58 million

Legendary is pleased to announce that Nick Jenkins, founder of Moonpig.com and angel investor has purchased a small stake in Virtualstock Holdings Limited ("VS") at a valuation of £58 million from two of the founders of VS. The transaction is structured such that should VS issue shares at a valuation lower than an agreed premium to the £58m valuation or fail to reach certain long term targets, the selling founders shall have to compensate Mr Jenkins by transferring to him further shares. The selling founders and their families continue to hold 25% plus of VS each and remain fully commited to the business.

The valuation reflects the significant progress that VS has made since the April 2014 valuation of £25 million, and its continuing substantial potential. It places a value of just over  £4 million on Legendary's stake.

Nick Jenkins, Angel Investor, said:

"I am delighted to be a shareholder in Virtualstock and in particular, I am extremely excited about the enormous cost saving potential this groundbreaking technology will bring to the NHS."

Andrew Mills, Chief Executive Officer of VS, said:

"We are delighted to have Nick Jenkins as a shareholder, and welcome his experience and expertise in taking Virtualstock to the next stage of its development."

Zafar Karim, Executive Chairman of Legendary said:

"We are delighted that Nick Jenkins has taken a stake in Virtualstock. Nick is an established angel investor and has significant experience in the technology sector having founded, grown and sold Moonpig.com. His network and experience in building disruptive business models will be invaluable to Virtualstock. We welcome having him as a fellow shareholder".

The fact is Man from Moon pig is NOT A SHAREHOLDER IN VS ( as per companies house annual return shareholders list)
