professor thanks for the lesson. i understand how shares work. cheers. what i am saying is that a lot of people, instis for sure, are put off by sub 1p shares. because many of them are pie in sky basket cases...

£2m profit vs £6.4m mkt cap with updates due on VS and Bosques anytime .

I'm in no rush whatsoever , true value will be realised here .

Anyone who bought in the last few days was potentially looking at 15-20% upside on todays results - some profit taking is expected. Short term price movements are irrelevant when you consider the longer term potential of LEG.

well done rtw - i think for me this is confirmation that piling in here was a good choice and that all i have to do is hold to reap a lot of profit.

the value will eventually be realised here.

i feel very much reassured that this is the place to be for guaranteed multibagging at some point (this is something AIM almost never throws our way!)

overall you don't want to miss out on the inevitable rerate at some point.

Yes, would not be surprised to see updates come through now that the results up to the end of March are out.The last 5 months will have also seen great progress!

For any newbies here, the uninitiated or doubting Thomas's (I exclude the red ticker and any remaining trolls, they are just ignorant by virtue of their mistaken birth), get a hold on this.

We are currently valued (at 0.26/0.28) at just under £7m.
VS's last valuation was £58m and our stake in it (was) worth around £4.1m alone
We have other investments that are now beginning to form.
Our last stated profit was just over £2m

That puts us on a p/e of 3.3.

The average for the sector is around 14.

VS has the potential to be a "unicorn company" (ie value of $1BN or around £850m)

Our stake in it would then be worth north of £50m To get to 1p our total mcap would only be £30m.

Do the sums, and see our severely undervalued LEG is at these levels.

It's buy as many as you can and hold time. 1p will be here sooner than many think.

Expect a slew of RNS's to follow in the coming weeks and months.

Well well, I go for a shower and come back to this!

Fantastic results, no one can doubt LEG's potential now going forward. Get ready for a slew of announcements, particularly concerning VS, where we will get an updated valuation and news of more clients I suspect.

The placees at 0.3p are still slightly under water, but after this announcement it won't be long before they are in big profit.

Expecting an updated broker note from Beaufort also and some press comment.

The 1p party invitations are at the printers, just awaiting ratification.

Two fingers to the detractors here.

Keep accumulating and holding folks, the fun has just begun.

HIGHLIGHTS

· Operating profit at £2,132,000, a record for Legendary (2015: loss of £466,000)

· Net profit at £2,118,000, also a record for Legendary (2015: loss £470,000)

· Investments (fixed asset investments and current asset investments) at £4,275,000 (2015: £1,785,000), a rise of 139%

· Net and total assets for the year were £4,071,000 (2015: £1,906,000), an increase of 114%, and £4,354,000 (2015: £1,986,000), an increase of 119%, respectively.
