25/10/2019 09:29 | She said delays with the German auditors but I think we all know the results aren't going to make for particularly pleasant reading. | callumross
25/10/2019 08:55 | Ta. 2 months later than last year. Must be really special Swedish banana skin. | russman
24/10/2019 14:36 | Checked with company secretary who advised results will be published next week. | callumross

23/8/2019 08:43 | Accts are later than usual. Maybe old vegetables need throwing out. | russman
23/8/2019 08:01 | I recall Johan getting upset at one year’s AGM when constantly being referred to as one of those Swedes, but Jan didn’t seem troubled. | playful
20/6/2019 22:45 | Looking at this thing for the first time in years, I can see why the share price is sliding. Inventory and debt have been ballooning and it looks like the bottom fell out in H2 as the company went from reporting that profits would exceed the 2018 number, to now being significantly below. It's twenty years since the two Swede's first invested in this. They are probably down over 50% that time with no dividends in the meantime to speak of. Anyone in their right mind would surely wind this thing up at this stage. | tabhair
26/3/2019 11:10 | Maybe it is about time the Swedes found a "translator". | russman
25/3/2019 14:32 | Happy that I headed for the 'Exit' a long time ago. Minorities, they don't exist according to this BoD. | ansc
25/3/2019 13:58 | Arthur knows the history. As do I. Swedes,in concert, should have been compelled to bid at 40 pence + 20 years ago Amen. | cg1953
25/3/2019 09:09 | Maybe it is time the Swedes tried a new capital management strategy for the benefit of minorities. | russman
24/3/2019 20:55 | Gyllie's track record over 30 years is that PIs have oft spotted value situations, only for Gyllie to acquire an effective controlling stake. End of story for the PI minority. Annoy him here and he might launch a 30p take-it-or-leave-it Offer. Leave him in peace and he might turn this around with 30p+ possible, but don't expect a dividend. I declare to be a holder and cheap buyer. | coolen
24/3/2019 15:23 | The share price will languish until BoD give minorities "something". | russman
12/3/2019 09:33 | At least the loose ends of the JV have been cleared up. You are right; not a highly valued business but a cash cow. Might be valued by a competitor. The warehouse property might be useful to someone. | russman
27/2/2019 14:25 | The Swedes have lost the plot. Retire gracefully. Just liquidate LDSG for the minorities. | russman
08/2/2019 01:13 | Probably becuase the Swedes can't finally kill it off without admitting they went over the 30% threshold without making an offer as a concert party many years ago. | arthur_lame_stocks
07/2/2019 19:24 | Just remind me why LDSG are still listed. | russman
06/2/2019 23:30 | Been through a similar process with ZMNO and now waiting for the proceeds of a voluntary liquidation at a small loss! | callumross |
