Anyone have any views on the proposed placing of additional shares? It looks like a dilution that would bring the share price down; on the other hand LTG have issued a pretty bullish statement about the future, both in terms of financial targets, and acquisitions.

Not sure why?Stock appears currently to trade in a 120–135 range and would probably require another sizeable acquisition to move the dial significantly as management have already indicated that results in the short term are unpredictable during CV crisis.

I would hope not. I would put it down to the 10% day traders taking profit before the weekend. Plus a lot of growth stocks are down today...

I wasn't convinced about that until this morning, but now it's 141p on the bid on an otherwise poor morning for the mkt generally, I think I now am. Price now headed to above 160p perhaps, particularly if another acquisition comes along.

This and Keywords Studios (KWS) are my favourite holds in uncertain times.

Investor-109, if the easing project the worse ppl make out, we could be on a road to recovery.

Confidence and patience to be had. I think I would be more worried if all stocks are down.

There still stocks circling around the all time highs.

Time to wait and see.

BlackfoxTrading- I tend to agree with you and expect LTG will trade erratically in the short-term anywhere between 100-130p, if not even back below 100p for some time if the expected second wave of viral infections materialises. Over the longer term, however, it's not unlikely that LTG will make efforts to consolidate it's position in the market, which would almost certainly be worth waiting for.

I do like this stock, hence why I have a large holding of 28k shares.

I believe it will reach minimum 1.60 by year end.

According to HL.co.uk it's a HOLD. Either way, LTG is better as a medium-term investment. Very inefficient to trade it short-term (I should know, lol).

What amazes me is the investment fund a few weeks ago that they doubled their investment from 5% to 12.5%
