That's not sad Glenn .... it has to be done! What's really sad is that shareholder's no longer even have the courtesy of an RNS email from the company ... surely there's no need to employ a PR Company for such a thing? It's a 30 second job!

hungary16 - because they (in the main - check them out) are kind of morally obliged to play the long game and get their financial reward at the end game. At a time that their % holding of the entire Co hasn't dropped (but likely increased). Not so the loyal PI that bought in a decade ago at many multiples of today's price. Unlikely to see ANY profit unless they choose to average down.

There have been endless Placements over the past 10 years. Many at far higher prices, some in double bubble numbers.

I'm not sure why those that invested in the last financing at 2.7p would want to see the shares below 2p ! I don't think shareholders are normally knocking the company's door down with offers of money so I'm sure anyone can participate in the next financing - make a phone call !

Played a PR blinder highlighting the forthcoming Placement by getting the next fundraiser reduced from 2.7p only 6 months ago in March to it seems likely circa 1.5p to 1.7p range. How to oh so easily manipulate the market and the share price performance.

More shares and bigger % of Company going to those privileged few in the know.
And longstanding PIs getting shafted in the process with zillions more shares going into circulation making any end game less attractive/profitable.

I have no doubt that the company should and hopefully will , head to Toronto with new management , new board , new money and a new capital structure. The gold project will then have the chance of reaching its potential !

I might be considered a SH that's critical of management but I'm not sure I'll be a SH for much longer as I only have 100k of my 600k left.

The reason I'm selling out is not because of the asset, which I think will eventually be a decent size and low extraction costs, it's because I have lost faith that this management has a brain. Management imo pretty much just shouted out they will be diluting SH again, and the share price tanked 15%, when they do the placing it'll probably be at another 15-20% discount. They should have just done the placing quietly without shafting the share price first causing a double hit.

I might buy back in after they've raised money but probably not. Good luck to all those that hold.

Of course there's a ray of hope! I know the share price is frustrating but it's also frustrating to hear shareholders talking the company down at every available opportunity...
