I reallly think they are on to something very significant with the BAM gold resource. Whilst management are somewhat slow , they are methodical and I believe there will be a good result for long suffering shareholders.

Very possibly Glenn. Just feel Lamaune will have a significant part to play in the bigger picture at some point.

Oh - my take was that they may try buying back the Lamaune shares to sell the larger company at some stage.

Spot on ! In due course , Lamaune should be able to ride on the back of Landore's future success.

So could this eventually give the "LAMAUNE IRON INC" ghost shares some value (that we were issued some time back)?

'Following the successful discovery of the BAM East Gold prospect in late 2015, Landore initiated a review of the geology and mineralisation on several of Landore's earlier gold findings including the re-interpretation of the Lamaune Gold Deposit. The reviews concluded that several of these gold prospects, including the Lamaune Gold Deposit, were similar in geology and mineralisation to the BAM East Gold Deposit. The review has encouraged Landore's belief that the favorable geological lithology containing the BAM East Gold Deposit has the potential to continue along the 30 kilometre east west extent of the greenstone belt traversing the Landore-Lamaune properties'.

Great announcement - Resource should be 500,000 ounces by September with still loads of upside. Expect interest from producers in due course.

Being manipulated for about the 25th time over past 12 years or so. Make it attractive/beneficial for those involved in the fundraising. Same old story. Facts speak louder than the ticks down from the longstanding Company groupies.

http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/177912/landore-resources-buoyed-by-evidence-of-widespread-gold-at-bam-east Landore Resources buoyed by evidence of 'widespread' gold at BAM East Share 09:06 17 May 2017 Exploration on the inferred section contained multiple instances of visible gold in the drill-core picture of gold Landore is drilling 12,000m this season Landore Resources Limited (LON:LND) has found ‘widespread mineralisation’ through its latest drilling campaign at BAM East at its Junior Lake deposit in Ontario. Exploration on the inferred section contained multiple instances of visible gold in the drill-core, the compnay said. The BAM East deposit has now been confirmed over 700 metres of strike length and remains open down dip, to the east and to the west along strike, Landore said. Originally drilling at Junior Lake focused on nickel but high grade discoveries last year at BAM East has seen Landore change tack and look for gold with the intention of upgrading the existing inferred resource. Assays for four holes out of a total of twelve drilled so far have come back. The summer programme will total 12,000m with 3,300m completed. Best of the grades were high grade sections of 12.45 g/t over 0.7m at a depth of 180m and 10.15 g/t over 0.5m at 230m down. Over greater widths, Landore reported 1.39 g.t over 27.6m and 1.09 g/t over 21.5m. Shares rose 11% to 3.38p.

Drilling started early April so assuming they will start to publish results as they become available I would guess we might get some later this month and then hopefully a steady flow through the summer?

robers98 ... many thanks. So this suggests there's no point in anticipating further significant news until the end of summer? A few months ago (after many years of sleepwalking) die hard investors who like myself bought in too much to lose at 16-18p, had a whiff of "Eau de Not all is Lost" ... but just the sound of hissing lawns again?

In fact today there was a trade of 250,000 at 3.4p which looks like a sale to me.
