With a market capitalisation currently £167 million they need to raise a similar amount. New shares will have to be at a discount. It will need to be more than 100% dilution however if it can be done the company should be in good shape. The prospect is not very appealing given the current unsustainable position so the new shares will have to be at a big discount, perhaps offered at 20p. I'll wait and see. They need to get a move on or confidence will drain away.

They advised they needed funding a year ago and nothing much has changed. They are still loss making and that phase is not over yet, as they candidly stated in 2020 and again, even more plainly, today.

One might wonder why the share price rose significantly over the past year, but one might also wonder that about a good number of other stocks too. The conclusion is similar.

Didnt say you cant trade it on volatility...but fundamentals will win out, which is why there's still a long way down. A company running out of cash is not investable
