Thanks for that, I don't think they can suspend now when the company is under offer, Results can be extended but a firm offer will probably come in before the end of July, The buyer is getting a real steal on the back of the companies short term inadequate liquidity position. Normally when a buyer is interested the share price rocket's but the company said it's at a discount but there's other interested major investors who could get into a bidding war imo. 50m + is bottom line at 10-15p a share.

Under the paragraph on the results it states that if the results are not released by this date (30/6) the shares will be suspended. It’s there in black and white.
However it also says the audit is near completion and you are right that a company can ask for an extension - usually a month (but they don’t mention this option). I just flagged it up - if an offer comes before 30 June then it will become irrelevant - as a non holder but interested in the company as a past investment - there isn’t an agenda here - I will come back on Thursday as we will know then if flagging it up was valid or not GL

Blowfeld are looking to buy the share capital so how can they suspend the shares as the company can't do that under offer, if they could then they would have done Friday at 7am when the share price was 22p. The offer imo will be 50m + as a 10p share price +Still a giveaway just from a short term liquidity issue, Blowfeld is a major shareholder so it's in their interest to value the company appropriately. We'll soon see.

Why would they have to suspend if results are later ? a lot of companies are late in their results and don't have to suspend, please give the reason why Lam is any different. I've read through the rns many time's and I can't find where it say's this. Please enlighten me as mabe I'm missing something. Cheer's.

Reading the RNSs I think the biggest short term risk to shareholders is suspension on 30 June as company clearly states that the results need to be issued by this date and its uncertain - best least likely outcome being a third party makes an offer at a premium to the current share price - I think I will just watch from the sidelines for now and wish shareholders and employees an good outcome here..

The company has outlined its need for 75m usd in funding. Various reasons given but not because it is performing badly. In fact expansion and winning new contracts generally increases working capital needs.If it was funded the company would probably be worth 200m. So it seems logical that shareholders should stump up cash to keep it going. I don't see a bankruptcy occurring here. More just a victim of bad timing and hysterical markets

1.3 m buy at 5.1p that's shows it's oversold and buyers taking up the opportunity for cheap share's. It's all in the game.

iatm - If Blofeld acquire another 5% of the company they have to make a full bid at the highest price over the last 12 months unless the FCA grants a waiver. So I doubt they'll be acquiring anymore shares for now. But I could be wrong.

Got to take these opportunities when they come about, I waited nearly all day to buy as moving funds about, I look at it as an opportunity and a very good one at this level, We will see but that's my opinion and I'm holding.

Wonder if Blofeld is buying up shares as fast as it can today at these prices. They already own over 25% so depending on how much they can get there may not be much opportunity for other bidders - unless Blofeld would sell to them ?

A problem you get in situations like this is that there is a bump in recovery because all the day traders that were buying at the very lows start dumping as the price creeps up. Having said that the fundamentals are such that the share price should recover prior to any positive news or negative news on the liquidity crisis.

From 22p yesterday to 4p today in a buyout opportunity that's only started at a discount is a massy overreaction imo, the company was 60p a share short time ago and nothing has changed, its business model is great and is worth many times the current mkcap. I bought as it's a steal at this price, simple as that. Dyor and atb
