Pitiful:))

While several sales have been recorded in 2023, including a further 63,000 tonnes in the current quarter, they are below forecast, due to mine production having been affected by recent unprecedented seasonal rains

Indeed, and not suprised to see that greenelf has nothing to say now. What a dog, as us ZIOC, another of greenelfs ramps. Avoid.

Only thing hurting here is anyone stupid enough to have bought in believing your nonsense or your threats against anyone offering a counter argument which, sadly, are being proven correct.

You have lost all credibility.

I am glad you can get all this hurt off your chest and are so happy you are vindicated. My comments at the time still stand and we're based on facts and logic and used the words "if". Things change with new information. Good luck to you in all your endeavours.

Ooo so scary, lol. The smart people were doubting for a very good reason. What an idiot trying to ramp this pile of horse manure.

greenelf22 May '23 - 11:40 - 299 of 342

Maybe the doubting Thomas should in the first instance contact Kropz if it doubts the veracity of notified sales in official RNS's. If you make grand accusations at least have some proof. Otherwise their legal department may be interested..

And a final note related to "Pur". Elandsfontein is an open pit mine in the mostly sunny Cape. It is not an underground mine which would have far higher risk and for countries such as Canada with extreme winters.

What a moron, lol:)) greenelf posts in May and then in June.

greenelf30 Jun '23 - 07:27 - 334 of 344

Worst case is that the Elandsfontein mine is not viable and this will go bust. The lack of explanation of sales and proper Elandsfontein update is highly worrying. They provide no reassurance in this RNS.

greenelf22 May '23 - 15:14 - 301 of 340

Let me distill your thinking for you.
You believe that because the problematic history of Elandsfontein development, it will NEVER be resolved and is doomed. You deny the recent progress in output and sales by saying, in effect, the company is telling lies in official RNS's (because of some local plaasjapie you contacted who knows nothing about any sales). The problem is yours for due diligence, not mine. Provide proper evidence of misconduct and at the very least contact Kropz yourself so that they can clear the matter up for you or indeed sue you.

Nobody is being silenced as you melodramaticly believe. I am just challenging some of the non factual nonsense being put out by You. Yes, I see this potentially turning around and it could be POSITIVE. I have provided plenty of caveats and caution to this. Also, despite having some superficial similarity to Pur, this is not Pur and indeed may have a successful outcome. It seems your historic inertia blinds you to other outcomes or you are just a deramper. Take your pick :-)

Life is not that bad greenelf, smile.

Correct, it absolutely does not look good at all, as I explained to you months ago. Heading to the wall, but you arrogantly thought you were so smart and knew everything.

Paps, this guy doesn't want to listen:)) I explained that I had a contact in SA who is in the fertilizer business and was very negative about KRPZ, greenelf ignored it and started spouting nonsense threats. Look at him now, lol.

"The peeps who were burned in years gone by cannot get past it when circumstances change".

If you had bothered to have read back through the posts you would have seen I have been quite successful here:)

"And a final note related to "Pur". Elandsfontein is an open pit mine in the mostly sunny Cape. It is not an underground mine which would have far higher risk and for countries such as Canada with extreme winters".

Lol, so is this why they hugely messed up the mine and after years of trying are still producing pitiful amounts? Have you contacted any local suppliers in SA to see if they have received product for sale from Kropz? Might be worth your rampy efforts.

greenelf22 May '23 - 11:03 - 298 of 339

a. I can't be bothered.
b. No new facts presented, yawn
c. 43ktpa April..very pitiful, sure, and in upward trend. Nobody disputes this has history.
d. Putting together an investment case, call it rampy if you will. Your mutterings are thus also correspondingly deramping!
d. Smile mate :-) , life is not that bad.

You may well be right. Will hold final judgement until we see what explanations there are for production. On the face of it, it does not look good at all.

ARC just given a new loan facility recently. It's not going bust or this would not have been the case. They're not stupid.

And down the share price goes following the bad news RNS issued after the market closed on Friday. That's a favourite time for companies to issue a bad news RNS! 🤣
I'm afraid you're throwing your money away by investing in KRPZ, greenelf.

The latest loan drawdown is very disappointing, R80m is about £3.4m. So the question is why has this drawdown been done?Options..1. Production is going ok but payments for sales have a significant lag ( the hoped for option). This could especially be the case if product is stored at Saldhana port warehouse, waiting for export. 2. Production is not going well, probably unlikely due to recent seemingly successful ramp up.3. Quality issues are so bad they are not getting much for the product. This is a possibility, but surely they should have mentioned this at last 43k sale if this was still the case?4. They are spending a bucket load of money on Hinda project engineering design and are prioritising speed over cash flow from Elandsfontein. This is a possibility, there is real pressure in the Congo to get the project moving if they want to access port and power facilities. If they don't move fast the may lose the infrastructure options to other companies..Hopefully we will get a clearer picture of all this on Friday with the update. This drawdown has introduced some uncertainty but I am still confident that Elandsfontein is ramping up ok. Just need confirmation on sales and especially product quality. My suspicion is that this is a temporary cash flow problem (sales income lag) plus heavier spending on Hinda.

Nguesso is/should be already in S Africa's good books.

From a post elsewehere (ZIOC), re Nguesso on peace-maker trip to Russia/Ukraine.

..Normally, I wouldn't set much store by these things, but this might be part of some face-saving formula to enable a climbdown/standstill to the fighting.

Curiously, there's a precedent of sorts in the Brazzaville Protocol, that brokered another proxy conflict between the US and Russia (Soviet Union as it then was), where Angola played the role of Ukraine and had reached a similar impasse.

See

the outcome of which was Cuban withdrawal and peace in Angola, in exchange for apartheid S Africa conceding independence for Namibia.

This is the guy who got the ball rolling, quite a remarkable 'unsung hero'

Oh, look : .."In December 1988, Jean-Yves Ollivier helped facilitate the Brazzaville Protocol, which brought an end to the South African Border War and provided for the withdrawal of Cuban troops from Angola and South African troops from Namibia, respectively. Ollivier helped set up the negotiations in the Republic of the Congo and persuaded Congolese president Denis Sassou Nguesso to mediate..."

This settlement was one of the precursors to the eventual unwinding of the apartheid regime in SA.

I think the reason for the April visit is to talk up immency of project as they have to do this in order not to lose out on port space to other export mining companies. The port bottleneck means you have to have friends in high places I think!

Yes, it is jam tomorrow but Patrice Motsepe saw Nguesso in April about funding Hinda, so this is due a positive update for this. Hopefully end of this month if we are lucky..
