22/5/2023 11:40 | Maybe the doubting Thomas should in the first instance contact Kropz if it doubts the veracity of notified sales in official RNS's. If you make grand accusations at least have some proof. Otherwise their legal department may be interested.. | greenelf
22/5/2023 11:03 | a. I can't be bothered.b. No new facts presented, yawnc. 43ktpa April..very pitiful, sure, and in upward trend. Nobody disputes this has history. d. Putting together an investment case, call it rampy if you will. Your mutterings are thus also correspondingly deramping!d. Smile mate :-) , life is not that bad. | greenelf
22/5/2023 10:39 | "The peeps who were burned in years gone by cannot get past it when circumstances change". If you had bothered to have read back through the posts you would have seen I have been quite successful here:) "And a final note related to "Pur". Elandsfontein is an open pit mine in the mostly sunny Cape. It is not an underground mine which would have far higher risk and for countries such as Canada with extreme winters". Lol, so is this why they hugely messed up the mine and after years of trying are still producing pitiful amounts? Have you contacted any local suppliers in SA to see if they have received product for sale from Kropz? Might be worth your rampy efforts. | the count of monte_cristo
21/5/2023 07:42 | And a final note related to "Pur". Elandsfontein is an open pit mine in the mostly sunny Cape. It is not an underground mine which would have far higher risk and for countries such as Canada with extreme winters. | greenelf
21/5/2023 07:15 | Your "Pur" accusation and slur is also nonsensical. Kropz is ownership is primarily by ARC Fund and Patrice Motsepe. This is not a PI owned company. The ARC fund has shown every financial support to get Elandsfontein working. Yes, the mine could still flop and go bust, but the next quarter results will tell as I have previously stated. Increasing production figures indicate that this has turned. Also, the renewed focus on Hinda shows that the worry of Elandsfontein is likely disappearing in the rear view mirror.Generally, yes, extreme caution is advised here and this is not a share for newbies, the under researched, or those with money they cannot afford to lose. The reason I am here is that South Africa and Republic of Congo are two places I know extremely well for current investment issues and history. | greenelf
21/5/2023 06:41 | I am reading official RNS's off the internet, yes, and public published articles. Sure, your convenient supposed expert", plenty of people make up horse manure, this is the wonderful age of the internet. Give us real verifiable facts or my advice is "hou jou bek". Also, consider that maybe I know far more about CT and RSA than you do? :-)This always happens in companies with a troubled past. The peeps who were burned in years gone by cannot get past it when circumstances change. | greenelf
21/5/2023 05:15 | Greenelf, you are a bloke sitting at home in the UK reading stuff on the internet, but if you think you know more than an experienced South African agricultural reporter who lives in South Africa and specializes in the reporting of fertilsers, then I guess you are correct....in your own mind. I'd advise caution here, could do a PUR. IMHO. | the count of monte_cristo
20/5/2023 12:07 | Thanks. I share your views at end of last para... A rising tide lifts all boats...and if you look on it as a momentum play it might be worth a dabble ;-> | extrader
20/5/2023 11:37 | Another comment. Patrice Motsepe is a South African billionaire and has kept Kropz his baby afloat, other companies would have long since gone bust. Also he has the means (cash!) and African influence to pull off Hinda. He is also President of the Confederation of African Football.. that opens doors. He visited Nguesso in August last year as well regarding the football. So all very chummy. | greenelf
20/5/2023 11:32 | Caution is always well advised! Elandsfontein has a chequered history to say the least but seems to be coming good. Cominco too has a long chequered history. The original Cominco DFS (ie pre Kropz / ARC ownership , DFS was in 2015 thereabouts). The Kropz/Cominco updated FS was released end 2021. I suspect they have been working on this and tweaking this since. This is what they may present to the ROC government? As regards Kropz ownership.."Kropz has a very low free float of shares in publics hands (< 11% of the shares publically owned. ARC Fund 83.2% andKropz International Limited 5.9%)". See Kropz website aim rule 26 / significant shareholders. Yes, PIs could be shafted here, but that's the game. The fact the share price moves on tiny trades and general illiquidity I suspect are not your cup of tea. Generally I too avoid illiquid shares like the plague but this is very enticing as I can see a basket case potentially coming good and another potential mine being financed. This is stupidly underrated IF it comes good. Elandsfontein will be known on outcome soon in July for quarterly results..make or break! I am willing to take the chance. Zanaga could also reap huge returns, is not forgotten. Nor is the troubled moribund Kore Potash. The RoC will either flourish this year for all mining projects or we will have another wither on the vine as in 2013.Finally, Extrader, at the very least Kropz could be a small fun punt should you feel so moved lol. | greenelf
20/5/2023 09:37 | Hi greenelf, I'm interested in another Congo project, so keen to see any movement/possible read-across. Unfortunately, the article you quote doesn't help your case : .."The related mining agreement was signed in 2018 with the Congolese authorities..." and .."COMINCO is in fact at the stage of the definitive feasibility study, the report of which will be submitted to the government with a view to obtaining a license..." This is a long, long way from shovels in the ground, IMO. The fact that the broker hasn't acknowledged Motsepe's meeting with Nguesso should give pause for thought. And saying that "Our presence in Pointe-Noire is also an opportunity for us to see the magnificent project that has been launched between the Congolese government and Eni to know that our project will buy part of the energy electricity,” somewhat unhelpfully draws attention to the slow-mo implosion of S Africa's own critical infrastructure, which may well end up frustrating Elandsfontein's welcome but recent production increases... The ownership diagram provided is helpful at explaining the relationships between the 2 x projects and KRPZ, but doesn't say anything about the ownership of KRPZ itself. Stockopedia (maybe not the most up-to-date source?) says the free float is only about 9% : if true, that's great for trading at the margin, maybe * , but very vulnerable to a squeeze-out if the main owner decides he can make more money taking it private... * which is perhaps the safest way to play it ? See Teddy Sagi/ Kape Technologies (KAPE) and Aggarwal/ iEnergizer (IBPO) for examples of recent shaftings. I've been in ZIOC for at least 5 years, maybe you'll understand my caution...;-> ATB | extrader

19/5/2023 15:28 | Rock phosphate price over $340 per tonnehttps://www.ind | greenelf
19/5/2023 15:12 | From a source in South Africa who is in the phosphate business he hasn't heard anything about any local sales and is skeptical of the company, also noted that the phosphate prices have peaked that there is enough volume out there and an oversupply now so Hinda looks a bit duff. But you know, folks in the UK only see what they want to see and see this as "cheap", it's cheap for a reason and the company have failed multiple times now. Could do a PUR. | the count of monte_cristo
19/5/2023 13:21 | More to the point, their Nomad wld appear to be failing in its regulatory compliance obligations... | extrader
19/5/2023 13:03 | Not sure about that noun or adjective but it in my opinion it is grossly irresponsible not to comment on such radical share movement, especially where the public free float shares are exceedingly low. | greenelf
19/5/2023 12:51 | And the company should have released a statement after the published public article on RoC phosphate mine last month. Especially bafter the intraday 200% rise. They refused to respond after I emailed them and the broker. | greenelf
19/5/2023 12:44 | It is not false information. The head of ARC was in the RoC last month talking about $600m phosphate mine investment (the cost of phase 1 abd 2 Hinda project). Who owns over 85% odd of Kropz? ARC. This is all real, just waiting for the announcement. If peeps want to trade they will lose out. This should pay handsomely in medium Term. Done just can't see it and are ignoring the production at Elandsfontein that has been steadily increasing. | greenelf

19/5/2023 12:26 | Hinda mine development in Republic of Congo to be announced soon? This share can move ever so rapidly! | greenelf
19/5/2023 10:39 | More media interest in phosphate I reckon, see: Hefei, Anhui-based Gotion unveiled its L600 LMFP battery cells based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry and a battery pack called Astroinno Battery at its 12th technology conference today. The L600 LMFP cells have an energy density of 240 Wh/kg, or 525 Wh/L. The cells support 4,000 cycles at room temperature and 1,800 cycles at high temperature, according to the company. | andrbea |
