Now that it has gone beneath 20p, it would not surprise if the share fell significantly further.

It still looks way over-valued to me based on their resolute track-record of losses and repeat history of need to raise new money through issuing more equity.

The share performance since the last equity raising at 25p earlier this year has been dreadful - but not a surprise to me.
