So KOOVS have zero funding & waffle of more lies or time so they could exit on this as oasch & pascha were proved correct re selling out at 28p in July and at 9.8p a few weeks ago as funding is not complete or by no means a done deal as the lion Putney & jamvons jam boy and harebridge believe in this junk that's only hooks a share price & stays at 6p due to phase 1 of the long journey re funding & the cash could or would still run dry later next year as 10.5 million quids will 100% come with yer more red tape and Indian slowed talks on new terms and paper work re information via KOOVS 💋... The share price I expect to drift to say 5p or in the 4p's desire June 2020 as trading is poor & no profits still as expected to be by 2023 ??? Cash and dilution a real issue again and HT MEDIA may dump as well as other large institutions holding this junk of 96% loss ( not good for the books ) alarm bells lol .. Same old KOOVS.CON ITS LOYAL IPI INVESTORS .. Shocking as we await the news in October re trading " green shoots " maybe profits maybe warnings or no RNS from KOOVS as its all very clear this is a scam or cover up to buy more time lol before its zero or delisted 🤖.... We wait and wait ... Re RNS or More. Junk n waffle froth hype news lol .. Same old KOOVS with no new position re management as promised from FLFL LOL .. Turkey dinner .... Putney KOOVS did not set the £10.5 million cash only £3.3 million so the CEO TOLD MORE LIES as hare bridge informed us .. Shocking as no guarantee we will get the larde amount in 12 months or KOOVS will grow or make a profit as early days re KOOVS and where is the UK EXPANSION??? Where is the profits from SOUQ.COM ??? & BEW SHOPS ... ?? Internet will be years away as India is in its infancy still ..THE RNS TODAY IS JUST A REPEAT OF 16th may ADMINISTRATION

The real problems will be how Or will KOOVS get the larger funding this time next year ??? Bust or dilution on the cards as hardman & co report says KOOVS will continue to burn the cash without profits for a number of years stil ?? Real issues and mass dilution soon ... Facts let's not forget KOOVS lie / X do CFO !!! FCA INVESTIGATION & no profits STILL ... Shocking lack of news on the green shoots ?? 4p soon as dilution kicks in & FCA FORCE KOOVS INTO MAKING A STATEMENT/ RNS MAYBE LATER NEXT MONTH / before October hmmmmm ... The new shares will be a problem as long as KOOVS burn the cash fast ( we will need funding until 2023 )

KOOVS looks like this will head down to 5p's or lower as mass dilution yet again as KOOVS fail to get full £10.5 m as stated by KOOVS FCO back in March & the small finding is at a far lower price 👹.... Share price and new shares to added ( admission to trading of first tranch of shares ) so KOOVS are not fully funded & will get more in 12 months ??? Then more dilution & more funding needed in 2021/2023 .. KOOVS MAKE ZERO PROFITS ( loss making still from 2011 ) KOOVS have badly let all share holders down as FCA have been asked to investigate this scam / con as KOOVS failed to stop the share price collapse by remaining silent / many trading earnings WARNINGS & WITHELD PRICE SENSITIVE INFORMATION ???? From loyal ORIGINAL IPO HOLDERS WHO HAVE SEEN 150p collapse to 6p !!!! Today's we could see a new low if 6p or 5p don't hold ?? SHOCKING AS KOOVS AS A CONPANY HAVE SEEN A 96% loss in its company value ... Lord alli has done nothing other than talk the walk along with Tuner & Pursell lol .. Harebridge is now talking about price target in 12 months of just 20p lol as he sold out at 28p in June 😍..😳.... He also said 100p this year .. You could not make it up as KOOVS have not got the funding on time for the 3rd time 🚩... Whee is it hmmmm 2p funding terms or suspended in 2 months .. Buy low sell on the drops lol

RE NO funding .🚩... Putney this could be zero soon
Putney on LSE has not got a clue what's really going on at KOOVS India or London .
He told everyone last week KOOVS are fully funded & yet Lord Alli has said KOOVS will need moe funding rounds in the future.
WORRYING THAT KOOVS RNS on the 7th may that admission to trading of the ( very small ) first tranche of shares would be by 10th ? Something has once again gone clearly wrong with both NO funding still & FCA ?? Where is the RNS from KOOVS
