Maybe an afternoon funding competition of the first part of funding ( strange as the deal was for all the cash ) anyway we are lucky KOOVS are not yet suspended or ran out of cash as they await FLFL to get a loan sorted by close o business today ? Can you imagine what would happen to KOOVS share price if the RNS failed to land Monday ? 🚩.. Another chance to top up at 5p

Most of the good news now built into KOOVS expencive share price and a few long term investors in KOOVS have asked me if I will sell down my considered very large core holding .. The answer I crystal clear YES in small batches as had to sell volume ... Will trade it as nothing new other than the usual Lies RE funding and board members ( up to to new board members ) this does not mean 2 as putneylad seemed to believe KOOVS lol .. After 4/5 years in this junk mess I tend to sell on the spike to 10p and rebuy at 7/7.5p that way I get my average down as KOOVS and Lord Alli could not careless about u bear broke private investors.. Pascha the inside man pointed out that KOOVS would not get FLFL funding & once again his info was priceless ( the lucky Indian knows KOOVS employees lol )

No news or update on real news / trading - just waffle & I don't believe that we will get a second board member from FLFL as KOOVS have not hinted or told us a thing in the last few RNS's ... KOOVS are junk stock until next year or so .. Shocking way to run a LSE listed company - shareholders shafted again and Again WITH LIES .. Share price heading back down

Hard to SELL any VOLUNE now and NT for 200k from 8.01am .. COULD KOOVS BE GETTING READY FOR THR SUSPENSION RNS OR WILL THE FCA FORE KOOCS TO COME out of radio silence before September 🚩.. Selling a few as buy back under 7p and then 6p . No news re funding STILL ..

THE FUNDING NEVER CAME🚩 Q THE FCA SUSPENSION OF KOOVS SOON ..
Looks like KOOVS could have more tactical warfare as be will 100% see a lower sgmhare price if the funding fails to arrive ... KOOVS can't keep growing & if we see a 40/50% reduction in sales & stock levels re clothing as KOOVS struggled to pay wages and bills again ??? Surely this won't happen for the second time 🚩...

It's obvious that KOOVS tell lie after lies and FCA need to act ASAP to get KOOVS share suspended before the share is below 6p again 🚩

Maybe KOOVS.CON team will wait and then the radio silence as no one at KOOVS London office will reply or take calls again 🚩...what a junk stock and I've lost count how many times KOOVS say Abd never deliver on terms ?? Probably say the 8p funding deal terms have expired & lets get it don at 6p

THIS IS STARTING TO GET EMBARRASSING FOR KOOVS & LORD ALLI SPECIAL NEEDS SPEND SPEND SPEND £ BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM LOL ... WHERE IS THE FUNDING & promise of an RNS later this week 🚩.... KOOVS.CON ARE A LAUGHING STOCK IN THE SQUARE MILE OF LONDON .. EVEN I THOUGHT THEY WOULD NOT MESS IT US AGAIN .. NO FUNDING ? Maybe next week or next month - I'm actually glad putneylad contacted the FCA & I can confirm that this investigation is now ongoing , maybe KOOVS suspension or at RNS to say they are working with FCA .. Could be another chance to top up below 6p quite soon / next few months .. No funding 🚩

It's strange with little or no life in KOOVS share price now ? 6/7 small trades all day lol .. Even SOSANDAR had 14 trades .... Maybe KOOVS will RNS the new board member to be added ASAP with the forward thinking trading statement tomorrow,followed by the 8p funding RNS .share price in no man's land as Lord Alli and Pursell not thinking KOOVS is a steel or buy in at today's price ? Maybe they know something or are they waiting for a cheap entry price.🤔..
I for one would welcome any delay abs radio silence as I wish to top up plenty at 6p's level or lower between now and October.. No action mm's will mark this down ..
Let's see what the 7am RNS brings 😋👌✌🏼ᥧ9;...Lord Alli must know in business share holders and share price matter .

The just ? KOOVS will have completed the 6 months funding from 2017 by May 2020 ? That's just it & then KOOVS have also said more funding will be requires re 5 year plan to WAIIT FOR IT ??? ' FIVE YEAR OKAN TO ADVENTUAL PROFITABILITY 🎖.. 4 more years of no news or lies " you could not make this up - but Lord Alli can & did lol 💅🏿🖐🏻.. So where is the second cold seat bum going to sit on ?? Funny how as predicted that no second member from FLFL has been spoken of 🐥

Harebridge. KOOVS ARE " BOWLED OVER BY FASHION " shareholders unhappy - 12 months we will get the second traunch lol .. Who knows what's going happen as you can't bet on it KOOVS don't know what's the next plan of action & shareholders need reassurance ASAP 🙏💡....👀.
30m views seems outstanding from KOOVS ? Am I missing something & where are all the investors, top ups & management buys today ? Still in the 7p's .... STRONG BUY if you are a fan of KOOVS & it's tactical moves ..

Well well well I'm looking to add if KOOVS fail to get tomorrow's funding sorted 50/50 lol ... I'm pretty sure it's in the bag ' so to speak ' RNS 7am 👍🏿🎖...💡💰...

One thing for sure is that KOOVS and Lord Waheed Alli has almost driven this share price to destruction so far & we need some serious FCA news lol or KOOVS to tell us or make up a Mickey Mouse plan of action 😳.... Delayed or details " of the green shoots ( trees trees large trees ) lol ..
I believe FLFL & Mr B King of Indian fashion will be a sleeping partner & Mary Turner & Rob Pursell will lead KOOVS into profitability ( eventually we all hope 🙈🤔..) .. Now we better get that RNS abs the funding part 1 news ASAP tomorrow at 8p a share sorted 🐥

Harebridge I would also add If anything KOOVS information & news flow has now got even worse / slower than ever before .. Will they ever learn ? Shareholders- large private shareholders do count & should not be ignored or fobbed off with false hopes and waffle .. Tomorrow I'm sure we will be the part no 1 of this epic funding round .

RE FLFL. ( FUTURE GROUP INDIA. ) .........FUNDING AT 8p ......
Putneylad it quite simply KOOVS are getting said cash hopefully as KOOVS have already stated by end of week ? Meaning RNS Friday 7am to 2pm .. FLFL ( Future Group India ) will pay KOOVS in cash £3,667,125.04p then we will either get an RNS to say the shares have been admitted to the LSE Aim market ( will show up on KOOVS register LSE ) maybe tomorrow.. The amount of new shares will be 45,839,063 ( first ' Tranche ' release ) that will be paid in full & will be at 8p per share .. The reason it's 8p is a bit of a tricky one as we were again told by the forever changing terms , lies & CFO Robert Pursell saying it would be at 15p ? KOOVS withheld this info & messed us about for the 10th time in 5 years ..so putneylad66 yes more dilution & the reason it's at 8p is so FLFL only have to find a small amount of the original agreement in cash ( was £10.5m & now only £3.66m ) so lies or SINETHING give wrong as Future Group Can't afford to pay up the cash .. The next ' tranche ' will be within 12 months ( around the same time in May 2020 ) so no more worry sir funding for another 12 months lol ..
Putney the only worry is that the you guessed it - second tranche in 12 more months " cones with if for any reason , it is not possible to issue the CCPS instrument , and consequently the second traunch does not complete we may need shareholders approval. This new agreement with FLFL replaced the previous agreement with FLFL announced back in 27th September 2018 , the obligations under which has now fallen away.putneylad why do KOOVS make everything so complicated abs misleading lol .. Should be a funding RNS at 7am re the FLFL 8p deal .

Replying to Message that putneylad66 posted on LSE today at 14.26 - yes KOOVS were about to go into administration back in 2018 as the cln's were all guaranteed ( Alli walks away with the loot ) shareholders would of seen zero ?? Nothing .. Unfortunately I and a few other large shareholder from day one believe they knew & some serous coverup accursed / terms not met & lies after lies ( even if the FCA got involuted back in later 2017/March 1st 2018 what could they have done ?? No proof so KOOVS walk & nothing has been done . I have asked a few brokers and they all still say don't trust KOOVS & in general Aim stocks .. One positive note is that Asos floated on Aim & is a giant now ..the point I make re trust and brokers ( professional ones ) not insider info like Pascha ( he no longer works for KOOVS now ) Lord Alli to allow KOOVS to lost back in 2014 at 150p & a quick rise to 226p & then crash crash over the next few years to 4p would indicate that KOOVS either had serious management issues or finance ? Again we were lies to re terms of funding & the term sheet that never saw the investor wishing to invest back in 2018 lol .. Let's make no bones about this as i personally k ow the person who dumped large volumes on 1st March 2018 at 4p and 4.1p .. This was not myself & they believed KOOVS were telling more lies re funding for a 5 year plan to profitability needed at least £50m .. HARDMAN&CO were out of there depth with the 25p quote or more for funding as it was finally done at 10p & 15p and even then KOOVS made a mess of it again with the 2 year equity swaps re advertising space with HT MEDIA at 10p & then changed the deal to 4 years & now possibly 4 years or less as KOOVS may or may not arrive in profit before the 4 years .. We still have no forward statement or details of store sales / FLFL involvement to date & don't expect one this year .. The company seem to want to run the share price into the ground . I've found one interesting thins today & that's no funds or institution holders will or have lent KOOVS stock .. This is quite good news as that means that no short positions are open or able to open ..same as a few months ago. Ruffler LLP may or may not sell more shares & I believe they will keep the remaining shares for the next big push to profitability further down the road . We will need more fubsing and it won't be at a premium to the share price in the next few years ..
