It's definitely not boom time 🚩.... " 2019 IS BUST TIME " without fundin still as the cash will 100% run out without moe funding ( and more dilution 🚩 ) shocking as KOOVS keep saying they aw Getting funding for many yeas now ??? We wee told funding would be at 15p for £10.5 million pounds by te 27th March latest & then KOOVS said funding would be done at 8p & KOOVS would only receive a pittance £3.3 million ??? FROM Future Group ??? So where is it 🚩.. KOOVS are clueless & more lies or a cove up from the FCA & KOOVS are having a permanent 50% off in a high growth area ( India is booming ) lol - in KOOVS case we will get the RNS to say KOOVS shares aw to be suspended pending more funding ??? FLFL seem to be unsble to get the much needed cash or loans to pay KOOVS 🚩... This is a terrible position to be in as the share price is almost 6p ... Surely KOOVS.CON all us investors can't wait for the investigation now ? The cash will run out / KOOVS will be forced to reduce stock levels again , staff & margins will again suffer & advertising lol . HT Media will get around 40% extra free shares I'd price stays at this level ? O nstbe it will drop & we see 3p

It's possible that KOOVS are in talks re funding or maybe not .. We just want to know what's going on as I and many other large holders patients is now being tested as KOOVS say nothing and refuse to return calls or answer emails .. How are the " Greet Shoots Doing KOOVS.CON ITS INVESTORS ... Maybe an update on FINANCIAL news / Funding this week or next . Surely KOOVS won't wait until September to RNS this news . Kooks have another award in the Indian office 👍🏽❤️

Could this be an institutional investors again or a large holder selling out under the radar ? HT OR should we wait for a KOOVS waffle RNS in September or October lol .. They will be in administration by then ( real facts ) without funding as the cash is almost our ??? Surely KOOVS or alli will reply to the people's share !!! .. Why the radio silence & why the share price keeps going down ? Putney how do you explain the 50% sales / 70% sales going on month after month ?? KOOVS as a company have now lost 94.5% of its company value ( facts real ) the FCO has lied re funding and terms many many times and where is the £10.5m ( facts are its not arrived yet again ) check the register or call LSE re KOOVS shares in issue ( facts ) until KOOVS come clean re trading , funding and FCA via 3 X RNS 's KOOVS will be sold down to 4p ( IMHO ) KOOVS are not interested in us ( facts ) 🚩... Next you be saying the share price has been suspended pending FCA news or a new funding term sheet from FLFL ... They can't even be bothered to tell us the truth as they require a low entry share price as nobody will lent them the cash .. This is looking like a junk / going under stock ( facts ) 🚩... Lord Alli has bought zero shares or Rob Pursell in the 6p's ⏰... Maybe they know somethings and will buy at 5p or even 4p as we don't k ow if the cash will see KOOVS through the next few months ( facts ) .. Discraceful & someone will be going bird for this mess .. We no nothing metric or sales , YouTube ( without real sales and margins ) KOOVS are keeping way to quiet as the company obviously can't say wats gone wrong as they know the share price will drop to 98% loss 1/2p soon

FTSE alert 🚩.. The U.K. Markets darting to crash ??? All stocks including KOOVS will be affected.. Especially KOOVS.CON as they have almost run out of cash and no funding has arrived.. Buy the dip sell to spike ladies 😍🙏... Could be another chance to top up in the 5p's or even lower as FCA are bullying/ building a case .. This will help all shareholders that have been shafted by lies after lies re trading and failed funding rounds 🚩... We need updates ASAP re funding , how much the losses have escalated & the good or bad news report from FCA ... Hmmmmm .. Could see this at 3p/4p on negative news and more losses / huge dilution as KOOVS struggles with online & lack of funds .

I can confirm that HT Media will be getting the next traunch of shares within 2 months & they will get plenty in the 6p's if the share price continued to be static or drop - no news expected . My other point is the shares have not been added to the register today or last week as I made an inquiry last week on Friday ?? Surely KOOVS won't keep up the radio silence until the money has completely run out. Funding is very very late or talks collapsed again & Lord Alli has said the market could take up to 6 years to wake up / KOOVS aw not worried at all if the share price stays low or drifts back to 5p next month

1 = ARE KOOVS.CON going go bust!!! or get suspended ??? before the long winded £10.5m funding hits us ?? WHERE IS IT 🚩 as KOOVS FCO said that it was on track & we would get it by 27t match ..

2 = FCA 🚩... When will KOOVS come clean as they will be forced to RNS us some general RNS on dealing or findings..


3 = why are KOOVS refusing to answe private investors calls and emails now 🚩... We need to know why try are permanently having SALES AND SALES ON ITS SILLY SITE ..50 -% to 70% of always 5000 plus of its items ?? Why not sell at full price as KOOVS obviously have a problem or is the cash inning low on empty now 🚩...
